Have you played fpses before?
I'll give you some tips that MIGHT help:
1) Stand still and try to track Ana's movement without shooting her. Just try to keep your crosshair on her as best as you can.
2) Try to do the same while moving around. It's important that you're not just moving your character around, but your crosshair as well.
3)Try both methods again, but this time shoot.

Some of the best fps players out there are absolute gods at tracking their enemy's movements. Here's a clip of someone with some ridiculously good tracking. Watch as he follows the enemy around with his crosshair.
