The Falcon was pretty shit in that it needed so many people in order to do anything, and the majority of the time it would be better for those people to just stay on the ground and use their DMRs.

The Wasp hits hard if you can aim, and has the potential to survive if you're not an idiot with it flying out into the middle of the air with no cover.

I haven't even posted pics of the new Pelican design. Since CE they've always had a curved profile with aerodynamic features, as can be seen in the posted pictures, because regardless of "standard UNSC designs" they can't simply be a box made of more boxes with wings.

Besides, the UNSC has always been characterized by the functionality and practicality of their designs, i.e. a realism to it, rather than "angles" specifically. As long as something looks like a feasible, practical design, it falls under that umbrella.

Except most of what you said was wrong. The Infinity isn't supported by any ships at all. It's specifically for solo ventures, and only ever had other ships around it because those ships were orbiting Earth, not following the Infinity.
