Valve ruined pubs with casual matchmaking/no more valve random servers.

No autobalance sucks cock. Enjoy being stuck for 2 rounds with that 5 sniper 5 spy team.

The matchmaking is retarded and puts you in maps that you don't want to play, I've been sent to 3 maps at least that I didn't select in the map list thing.

The matchmaking is also retarded regarding ping and it might send you to places where you'll have 250+ ping

The matchmaking takes too long, where previously I could just leave a server, fire up the server browser and join another server of my taste. This is worsened by the other problems such as lack of autobalance to make things better after a brutal stomp kind of round.

i wish i knew lad, i genuinely miss the 5cp pubs on eu. there'd always be some fellas with good competitive experience, a lot of cp_process matches would be extended to 2h+ and there'd be constant, uninterrupted gameplay that garnered some great regulars
it was the main thing i played in the past few months so i'm clueless on what to play, 5cp queues take 5-10 min for merely 2-3 matches, whereas the DM-ish environment of the old pubs is gone, not to mention the forced & random playerbase of casual/mm tends to be worse than the old process regulars
