Is it just me or do Wraith's trajectory projections just straight up lie 70% of the time?
Dead center abduct's targeting circles thing on a hunter, and Wraith flies happily into the edge of the cliff 5' below that, perfectly consistently.

If they don't want people just spam decoy and supernova, maybe warp blast and abduct should actually hit where you aim them. Decoy is a boring skill, but at least it isn't incredibly frustrating to try to use.

Combo of both. Buy a couple of perks that would be the most useful to roles you mainly play, then spend the rest of your sheckles on characters. Goliath is meant to be bullied.
You are loud. Your attacks are telegraphed. You are slow. Your attacks are slow. Most hunters were designed to ruin your day, while they can barely lay a finger other monsters. Even characters that are absolute shit can still work against you.

Is it just me or does Wraith feel so much harder to play than Goliath?
Sure Decoy is a 1 button skill, but it does almost nothing against competent teams, and your damage comes from Warp Blast and regular attacks, which don't work on people smart enough to just jetpack up, which means you rely on abduction to actually be able to deal your damage to people, but it will fail to grab people sometimes, or grab the wrong person if they're anywhere near each other, or bump a tiny piece of foliage or ground and decide that's what you were aiming at, or just grab a corpse instead of the guy rezing it.

I have a 90% winrate as M Goliath just chasing down medics/supports and knocking people around constantly, but can barely maintain 50% as Wraith and have to work fucking hard for most of my victories. She feels like she dies so fucking fast, can't pressure 2 hunters at once and is just really easy to play around. I can't find any way to consistently fuck people. If I abduct people into the air they can jetpack away before I can attack, if I warp blast a group they lose 40% of their hp but then shield/healing bursts undo all that and I can't keep attacking without losing a ton of health to the assault. Harpoons fuck you, your only ability traversal is on a 40 second cooldown outside of combat and overall I can't seem to make her work.
It feels like to get anything done the hunters need to fuck up, which I guess is true of monsters generally, but I can force mistakes as MGoliath. You can use charge to push people into groups to hit with leap, you can force someone to try to climb a cliff or jetpack up and throw a rock at them, if they try to rez a teammate you can use leap or throw to actually damage the living teammate AND the dead one rather than just move the body.

Wraith is still fun, but how do I make her good?

She's good for premades, especially with a laz or emet due to teleporter shenanigans. Don't use her with a hyde or regular markov though, it doesn't synergize with her armor reducer.
She's also the highest damaging support in the game in regards to her actual weapon.

I'd rate her as very good with a premade or awful with pubs.

Blitz Markov > = Markov > Hyde > = Parnell > Torvald

Most assaults play pretty much the same. Use (1)high dmg closer range weapon then swap to (2) lower dmg longer range weapon when (1) is reloading or monster is out of range. GUNS RELOAD AUTOMATICALLY WHEN THEY ARE NOT EQUIPPED NEVER PRESS R JUST SWAP WEAPONS.
Lennox is top tier against behemoth/goliath, decent against gorgon and almost unplayable against anything else
Torvald suffers from having an inconsistent (2) weapon so his dmg will be worse compared to other assaults in every situation

+dmg, + movement speed are useful perks on assaults

Val > = Caira > Rouge Val > Lazarus > Slim

EMET is meme tier. a good EMET is ok at best and a bad one is more worthless than ur own dick

Val: best single target healing, best utility tranq dart slows and reveals through walls, sniper rifle makes weak points, low dmg 1k avg
Caira: best self healing (fire grenades at feet), decent aoe healing, speed boost is useful when tracking and during dome fights, low dmg 1-2k avg
Rouge Val: Best aoe healing, low utility tranq dart only give vision no slow, High dmg 5k avg, Item swap speed perk very useful
Lazarus: bad aoe healing, strong utility able to make lots of weak points pairs well with Parnell and his shotgun, able to punch players from incap to full without a health penalty, able to punch a corpse to alive with a health penalty, HARD TO PLAY WELL also need a group who knows what Lazarus does
Slim: mediocre aoe healing, decent utility fart grenades prevent monster from seeing which class hes hitting, Bug is useful for upping incaped teammates, good dmg 6k avg. Even with perfect rotations of shooting and heal bursting Slim's healing feels mediocre. Reload speed perk is very useful

Griffin: Best way to track the monster sound spikes in a line across the map will tell you which side of the map the monster is on + planet scanner makes for easy tracking, Best CC in game nothing like harpooning a monster climbing up a cliff after ur support/medic and stopping him , very low dmg 2-4k Avg.
Crow: ok way of tracking the monster Gobi range is pretty short need to be cutting off the monster for Gobi to be effective, decent CC with stasis gun keep this on the monster 100% of the time and charge ur shots, Best trapper dmg 8-10k only charge rifle shots when you think the monster will be able to regen his armor otherwise fire as fast as possible for better dps. Item swap speed perk is very useful.
Abe: decent way to track the monster try to keep the dart in 100% of the time after the first dome, decent CC spam grenades get good coverage make sure the monsters always slowed, ok dmg 4-6k avg
Jack: worst way to track the monster survey satellite made redundant and is strictly worse with planet scanner, very good CC repulsor almost as good as griffon's harpoon but a lot easier to use effectively, ok dmg 4-5k avg.
Maggie: second worst way to track the monster daisy is only really useful against monsters trying to sneak, mediocre CC harpoon traps are ok but not consistent, low dmg 3k avg
Waggie: Maggie with slightly more dmg and can have only 1 harpoon trap out, strictly worse
