O3DS churns out 30 fps, but sometimes at an uneven rate. Stutter is the best term I can think of for it. It almost never actually drops frames per se, but in select examples is a bit disruptive.

I want to get better at evading pretty much almost all monster attacks with just regular weapons like IG/DB/LS/etc.

Would the best way to go about that is to use Evasion+3 then work my way down until I don't use Evasion? And if I were to do that, what are some good monsters to practice on?
