Actually killing her is another story. Immortal Breaker won't work on Izanami at all, as demonstrated by Izayoi in her Act 2. The only known way to actually put down Izanami for good is to kill Noel, and the only ways to kill Noel are to either use Immortal Breaker on her or to stick her in Kushinada's Lynchpin.

Not everytime though, it happens only if his opponent does something super flashy at the same time.

They should make win animations different depending on the amount of health lost in battle. If you win double perfect your character would go all like "TOO FREAKIN EASY COME ON". And if you win in final match with a sliver of health it would be "what a good fight"/"fuh that was hard".

I feel like CF should be at large considered a lesson in why 'just give everyone buffs!' doesn't work, and nerfs are actually necessary.
Yeah, the previous low tier mostly all have all the damage or extra tools they need to win games now. It didn't help, because the high tier is still fuckstrong, some got buffs to cover their few flaws (Azrael totally needs that DP and Carl definitely needed a move to shut you down harder), and even if situationally they can outdamage higher tiers it doesn't mean shit if your character just isn't well rounded enough to make it count. The only exception is Arakune because they made getting curse easy as fuck and he still gets all of your HP damage/resets off of it.
We need nerfs for high tiers no matter what. You can't just buff everyone so hard they become high tier because then every character would play the same in matchups, just with different execution requirements.

It really hasn't fixed anything. The mid and low tier are now closer than ever and that's good, but the high tier is all we see lately dominating the top 30 and tournaments.
CPEX had more character variety late in its life IIRC in the top but now the strong is just too strong.
