I think I read somewhere that right click is broken. It locks in damage from when you first hit someone until you die. So if you hit someone while at 100 charge, you'll keep doing the 100 charge damage with right click even after you drop lower. The reverse is true; doing 0 charge damage at 100 charge.

For the projected barrier you need to keep eye on both enemies and allies.

If you see a Roadhog that hooked an ally, or another guy got pinned by a Rein, barrier him.

Your best players to barrier up are Tracer/Genji since they are always in front of the enemies.

Other good use of the projected barrier is when a teammate is ulti'ing.

The best way to feed up is with S76 and Tracers, especially Tracer since she won't stop shooting no matter what.

Other good way is to power up with the random explosives from Junkrat.

I really don't get how he's bad. Scatter shot is a guaranteed kill on cooldown. if you can aim it, you can easily plick off people behind reinhardts shield and walls and get a 20s ult early in the game. What's more is his janky as shit hitbox makes landing headshots easy, and his non-charged shots can still deal damage and have a high ROF for finishing off a low hp tracer / genji you've already maimed.

I never play hanzo on defense, but being able to shoot around corners and have a wallhack for chokes is awesome.

Replace sudden death with stop watch.
Fix the bug where you still get punished after reconnecting no matter if you win or lose.
Reduce the punishment for a team if someone drops from the game and they lose - exception are those people who were in a group with the guy when they joined the game.
Fix this shit where the enemy can deny you your reward by dropping from the game shortly before you win.
Fix the algorithm for the placement matches. You are just frustrating people if it is doing such a shitty job that they end up 10 ranks higher than they should have and then keep getting loss after loss.
Change the queuing system for pubs and groups - a team of 5+ people in a group can only be matched against a team with at least 3 people in a group.

Generally make it feel more rewarding. Even if the end-bonus of points you get for your rank turn out to be high, then reduce that bonus and shift it to the matches instead. Playing 30 minutes KOTH for one point (if at all) and reduced exp compared to QM sucks
