bloodrazor, mallet, ad bruiser. Triforce is REALLY good on her if you're doing well. Titanic is really good, but not an every game item. Do be a shitter and go bloodrazor titanic tank, you'll fall off ridiculously hard late game. I usually build max 1 full tank item. Best build imo is bloodrazor, mallet, triforce, titanic, then either eits of a tank item. Always ninja tabi unless they have no other ad and their ad is like varus or jihn, or someone who doesn't use attack speed. Take scaling mr and armor, you're one of the best users of them in the game and it'll allow you to not build a lot of tank while still being tanky late game.

Know this though, if you need atank, don't pick shyv, she is not a tank, she is a fighter.

Depends on the champ. If your base damage is high enough you can coast on relying on penetration early, a good example of this is Draven whose Q makes up for the loss of AD.
Late game, the extra pen would also be superior to the paltry amount of AD.
However, for champs like Talon "just wait until lategame" isn't always an option. So the AD can be superior in some cases.

If you're confident though, penetration is where it's at.
