I get what they're trying to do. They're trying to close the power gap between carry and support so that every hero is useful at all points of the game. That's why they changed faceless void into a meme-carry. That's why they turned abyssal blade into a mid-game build-up item. That's why they're giving pure damage on every fucking support hero and buffing stupid fucking items like hurricane pike.

Ultimately this is blurring the concept between 'core' and 'support' so much that it's increasingly common to draft 4 traditional core line-ups that split farm 4 ways and 1 traditional support. Because the game lets you do this. And you get what you had last major, just a bunch of meme-tanks and retarded no-skill meme-heroes like naix, slardar, tidehunter, dragon knight, and deathprophet just fucking RUNNING at each other for 20 minutes and then the game is over.

This games a fucking MEME-game and I miss the days of Black^ faceless void 5 man chrono'ing entire teams and wrecking everyone with bfury. THERE'S NO FUCKING HARD CARRY ANYMORE. YOU CAN'T CARRY WITH A FUCKING 15 MINUTE DRAGON KNIGHT OR NAIX FUCKING YOUR SHIT UP AT 10 MINUTES. FUCK THIS GAME.

you should be going
Q E W W W R W E E E U R stats till ult R stats then Q Q Q at 23 24 25, because stats are godly on sven and the stun doesnt actually increase in duration with skills.

Your item build should be
Regen and a stout. Any combo of Mangos, Tangos and Salves.
Get a quelling first
then threads
then a Dominator
Get a ranged creep (from jungle or lane) with the dom and send it to your ancients and stack stack stack stack till you can barely stack anymore.
assuming the enemy hasnt stole you stack and you have 4 points in cleave, 4 points in warcray and 1/2 in ult, you just go to the camp, press ult and clean it out; then you go sweep up any lanes and the jungle.
You then buy a SnY > Echo > Blink > BKB
Only fight when you're 100% sure YOU can get 2-3 kills to secure yourself more gold

by the end you build should look something like

Echo, Bots, Blink, Satanic , BKB, Daed + Moonshard
You sell the SNY when youre comfortable with your ability to catch heroes or your team arent retard and can secure you the kills.

the cleave just comes naturally when youre maxing cleave.
If you must you can swap the echo for an MKB.

If the game goes past 30 mins and you dont have 300+ cs, youre doing something terribley wrong.
To win as sven you just gotta be so far ahead of the enemy and your own team that you can just 1v5, because your team is going to be retarded ALWAYS.

7 years of dota and i decided to quit today

i just feel the need to share this with all of you somehow. I've been playing since im 15 and im 22 now, and honestly my life is getting messed up because of the dota. dont get me wrong, ive nothing against the game and dota is a wonderful experience. But it has just become too much for me to handle and had become some sort of addiction over the years.

i played too much hours of it and has been neglecting everything else like my studies, friends, and sadly even my family. I just went out with a couple of old high school friends and they're very worried about me and my condition. seeing them being so far ahead of me, one of them has already a stable job and here i am still doing nothing with my life makes me feel so sad. i mean i was one of the best student in school back then and look at what happened to me now, i even failed my a-level exam 2 years back.

I just uninstalled dota2 and hope that i will be able to change. That being said i will still follow the dota community more or less, like this subreddit, some tournaments, and streams but thats it. i need to start getting my priorities straight now. im grateful for all the wonderful experience dota has provide me all these years, but its time to sign off and move on in life. thats all from me, a player with 4k hours of Dota 2.

Yeah, because most of the time you're out in the open in a very airy stadium. I'm not denying that cigarette smoke and beer will have a stronger smell. Tanky carries that can net kills easily. Tiny, Legion, Spectre come to mind. Alternatively, heroes that can farm ancients quickly, like Jug, Alch, Terrorblade, Sven. Try getting a domi as much as possible and use it to stack ancients.
Depending on the lineup, you might want to get rat heroes (lycan, brood, natures) to split push. If you wanna play support, play ones that have great team ults and are tanky (tidehunter)

If you wanna raise your mmr that bad, just get a battle pass and play season to recalibrate. It's gonna save you a lot of time.
