A suggestion I've heard a couple of times is to up his movement speed by a fuckload while he doesn't have any orbs on anyone or some variety of that like only discord removes the boost or it drops in two increments so you'll be a little slower with one orb out and then his current speed if you have both out.

I'm not gonna look at your stats because I don't care, but I play Lucio and EVERY SINGLE TIME my music boost is off cooldown I switch to speed boost, CRANK IT UP, run right through the Reinhardt's shield and bump him straight towards my team.

Reinhardt players are mostly braindead so they don't know how to react, the team chews him up, and we move on with our lives against a team with no shield.

And that's if none of the other teammates run forward with me, sometimes I get some allies who think "Hey I can run 90 mph, maybe I should run directly through the enemy team and just start punching everyone" and they come along with me and the massacre is fast and brutal. Healing is what you do to save some very specific person on your team who's been pulling his weight, not something you just have on all the time.
