No, you can. You can stagger the bans. 2 bans per side, then 2 picks, then the remaining bans and picks. Currently being used by HoN, Dota, and Smite.

Part of the reason that bans are "used for the OP" is because they are frontloaded on the pick screen. You can generalists that are good in every single game simply because there is too many possibilities in 5 slots.

Bans in LoL have never been about strategy for no reason other than Riot's laziness and using the bans as a stopgap for their garbage balance.

Its based on other player's scores in the same role, and if ARAM has no roles and no champion select, then the skill levels and abilities of any given champion is going to vary wildly between players even on the same champ, at the same MMR/Elo, with a similar level of success.

It still has all the problems like every skill having like a second of casting before the projectile goes off, or the mediocre damage, or the really finicky satchel charge with how unclear it is where you will land when you use it. If they gave his Q a bit bigger AoE and added a guide line or something to the Satchel to show where you'd land he'd be solid.
Maybe give his minefield grounded and reduce the scaling.

Catalyst gives a lot of mana and a lot of health.
Damaging Swain restores some of his mana.
Swain also heals for spending mana, relative to the amount of mana he spends up to a cap.

The more mana he spends, the faster he regenerates health. The more targets he damages, the more damage he heals.

The more damage you do to him, the longer he can sustain the damage + healing combo.
Thus you're stuck either not attacking Swain so he runs out of mana, or trying to kill him before he melts all 5 of your team members and any minions caught in the crossfire. Good luck though, if he builds even mediocre resists, getting through that much health and rapid healing. Especially, im not sure if its additive or not but he has 43% increased healing with Windspeakers + Runic Armor + Spirit Visage and restores 1.5% of his missing mana every 5 seconds.
On top of potentially having both blue and purple buffs.

Actually due to the cast AND deploy time on the Satchel it really only helps you escape if it hits you and the person you are running from. The difference in distance isn't that amazing, and the surrender of movement control is really bad.

Trying to tank a tower as Ziggs is a really stupid idea, especially if you are about to burn your only hard CC and disengage on a tower. The odds you'll die if _anyone_ shows up is pretty high. Frankly Ziggs is only a better pusher now in the early to mid game. At the team fight phase it might make some difference but once things get late into it his passive is really unnoticeable.
At the end of the day, the buff was really weak and makes little positive difference to his kit. It still has the same problems that cripple him and make him a low quality mage.

Yes the new Ziggs passive makes it, "if this tower is bellow 25% max health, it can die." but that requires you to get Ziggs to it. In the time it would take for him to roam over pretty much anyone but the support or a tank can do the same thing. He isn't that special for being able to siege a tower well. He might not need minions as much as other champions, but there is no way he is getting it to -25% without them.

If your bot lane got the tower down to 25% they can finish it with another wave. The odds of you walking across a ward when you try to do this is pretty good because it is bot side, so an ambush is possible and can easily make you burn a flash or give a kill.

Use Q W for poke, wait till like level 5 to put a point into E, max W, ult to disengage and to finish, remember your ult pushes them to your W range so doing W Q R is your best offensive combo as the R will lock their movements long enough for the Q to reach them letting you place them for some W hits. Build brusier ish as your burst is weak but your DPS is good. Build a mana item, rod is usually what you get. Void > death cap.
Never forget, your kit is weak and you are a mediocre champion who is easily counter played so don't go diving into things expecting big plays.

Like I said, her kit works around her Q-W combo. Taking into account the synergy you could have a "soul burn" type passive like Lux's where if they're snared/ticked, AAs against them would do extra damage (True damage if we're going cancer) Or have her spellshield be extra powerful while an enemy's getting damage ticks. Keep the spellvamp. It's not the first champ with two passives.

How does tank Fizz work?
It feels like you're total garbage for the first 30 minutes of the game against anyone that can deal damage.
Are you supposed to build Fizz tank against other tanks and just take them out with %hp damage but build him assassin if you're against assassins or skirmishers and just outburst them?
