First, save before triggering the last cutscene in Corvo Bianco. If you romanced Triss/Yen, the guest will be the one you romanced.

If you want the guest to be Ciri, remove romance flags with

If you want empress Ciri instead of witcheress, also add

All in all, she did care for him, us just that when she had the curse she was more worried about that and probably that he would think her a monster, and when you do the egg thing, she is more worried about trying to squish the most out seven years of life, than to fall in love and marry someone just to die so soon.

So the best ending is where they transfer the curse since they travel the world together and she still seem willing to leave him if things go south but is giving him a chance.

All I want is a stable 60 FPS. I went from a mix of high-ultra with hairworks off to medium across the board and the only diffrence it made was give me a higher maximum FPS; still drop to the 30s when in the city and usually hover around 50 when I'm doing anything but staring into the far off skybox.
