afaik there are only three robe models in DA:O (possibly only two for males). regular robes, stupid feathered robes, and other stupid feathered robes. all look like ass on human males. although if you steal wynne's pure-red robes ("enchanter's robes" i think) they're slightly less shit.

Fit guy here. I think putting emphasis on the three meal a day system is bullshit and not very effective. A lot of health experts propose the idea that it's better to eat more numerous but smaller meals instead of three big ones with nothing in between.

At the end of the day though it doesn't really matter how you organize your meals as long as you are cutting portions and consuming less calories. Personally I find that people tend to way overthink this stuff. It's not really as complicated or demanding as most people make it out to be. Some people think that losing weight means making spreadsheets and planning out your entire meal plan for the day. Fuck that shit. Calories in vs calories out is pretty much the only thing you need to remember. Don't overthink it.

Replacing shit like soda and beer with water is a great and easy way to start. Soda tastes like ass to me anyways, I don't know how people can enjoy the taste so much, but to each their own I guess. Also you'll save a lot of money by not buying so much soda.
