It's CoD-logic that shotguns become useless after three feet. It's still easy as fuck to hit with them mid-range regardless, they just stop doing damage after a certain point.

Give her an RMB that fires her guns in a tight spread gatling style that's more effective from mid-range. Make it weaker than her normal guns are at close range, but now her toolkit makes more sense. Use you boosters to get to higher ground and lay down some RMB cover fire while providing support with Defense Matrix, then boost through to the enemies back lines when you see an opening to wreak your usual havok.

This is how she fells like she's supposed to play, but because her guns do fuck all unless they're in your face then your "tank" is just running around the sides trying to find a place to flank without melting to enemy fire.

nah. Being a decent winston is a lot harder than being a decent rein. You have to know when to jump in/out, which characters to prioritize, you need team awareness and map knowledge of where health packs are.

Roadhog you just hide behind a corner until you have E and Shift. Peek out, get a hook (or dont) then hide again and press E. There's more to skill than aiming.

The way she's mean to be played is by basically being tank mercy.

You zip in between high and low ground and bump into people trying to go on your teammates and then you mow them down with your bullshit close combat damage.

Overall I'd call her playstyle "Interceptor" or something like that. She excels at protecting teammates that are spread out thanks to her mobility.

The D.Va is a flanker meme also needs to die. She's not any better as a flanker than she is as a ranged attacker. Her biggest weakness isn't her big critbox up front, it's her fat behind when you start unloading on someone. If you try to flank you just get focused down by three people if they are competent

Recon class/offense sniper? If we want the horse back theme it'd be a character with a speed boost and damage bonus for picking up speed. The limited lanes would be a problem given how channeled this game is, but not impossible. Fragile and fast, but more predictable than Tracer. Can send out a hawk like a flying Junkrat ult. It does no damage but gives surveillance and can tag people like a zen orb or reveal like Hanzo arrow.

Sniper option is a steaight wall crawler who can actually stick to walls or ceilings, and uses mobility in a big way to go on the offense over defensive snipers.

Of course we could go crazy and make a hawk human hybrid or maybe an omnic bird spy drone that is all about air control.

Like I said, it only looks like it's worth it dumping all your early credits on 25C whites and 75C rares when you can't do math.

All those extra duplicates you forced are 75C rares and 25C whites you *DIDN'T* need to spend credits on and could've spent on an epic or legendary.

Every time you get 50C from a blue coin, it means you spent 75C on something that you were going to get anyway.

Let's say you bought a Rare and opened two loot boxes later. Let's say for the sake of argument they both rolled the duplicate Rare you bought.
- You spent 75C on the Rare
- You opened 2 x 50C in coins.
That's a net difference of +25C

Now if you didn't buy the Rare:
- You spent 0C on the Rare
- You opened 1 x 50C in coins.
That's a net difference of +50C.

And that's assuming you roll two duplicates in two loot boxes for one Rare.
There are 7 rares per hero (not including player icons) * 21 heroes = 147 Rare cosmetics, and at 75C each, you just spent 11,025 credits on Rares just to make 25C less profit from two loot box duplicates each. aka. 7 * 21 * 25C = 3,675C you didn't need to spend. That's 3-4 legendaries or 15 epics.

That's a lot of fucking loot boxes.

There are also 36 non-achievement Commons per hero, so that's 36 * 21 = 756 Commons + 27 All Heroes sprays you're buying (783 Commons total) to spend 19,575C total. I don't know how much a white coin is in currency yet but I'm sure you are going to make just as much loss from two duplicate rolls each. That's a fucking 20 legendaries, or almost 80 Epics. That's almost a quarter of all available Legendaries, or almost half the existing Epics. What a fucking waste of loot boxes.

You only waste money with your "buy all cheap shit first" scheme.

I disagree a bit. Boosters let's you easily go from low ground to high. Boosters also lets you physically push away a dangerous threat from your teammates (say you spot a Reaper or a McCree trying to get a flank your teammates, you either got the option to eat their damage with E or you can physically push them away from your teammates). E use is obvious. Finally, taking a bullet for your team only slightly inconveniences you (in theory).

The problem is that her mech form can take forever to charge if you don't have something like a Roadhog to spam at, and getting 80% mech charge and then dying feels like a massive waste of your time. They should buff it so people actually have to actively chase down D.Va immediately if they don't want her to get a new mech.

Attacking side for Anubis needs more ways to get around that first choke. You cannot turn the first corner without eating duo bastion spray, phara spam, or Junkrat aimless grenade lobbing. I pretty much have to go Tracer every time in order to quickly triple blink from the corner to the first set of stairs, letting me flank, and that only works if the enemy team is oblivious to the one real route to be flanked on.
