Not saying Junkrat takes a lot of skill, but the grenade spam is very useful area denial in all game modes attack and defense, plus the ult is pretty solid as well.
Also what seperates the good Junkrat player from the boring grenade spam Junkrat is the ability to get direct hits on fast harassers like Genji/Tracer when the spike trap is on cooldown or they didn't step in it.

Zarya is fine, she's balanced. Tracer if anything needs a buff that lets her jump up. Mei is definitely balanced, not underpowered. Just annoying. Reaper, genji, and hanzo are all good. Hanzo is too good, and his Pacific Northwest Redwood Tree Trunk arrows need to be toned down.

Symmetra definitely needs a buff though. Ideally, the game needs to be rebalanced so spawn distances are not god awful for one side always. Then symmetra's ult can be retooled into a group mass recall that pulls the entire living team to her location.
