Hey fags, I need advice on how to git gud.

After a couple months of steady wins and sig ificant mmr gains, I've hit around 3700-3800 mmr and feel like I've started to peak. I can't really carry the game like I used to, my teammates feel less reliable, I get called trash more consistently, etc. I've heard the stories about paid accounts dragging games down but I should have at least another ~200 mmr before I have that problem.

What usually happens is if i go safe the offlane feeds 4-6 kills, if I go off the carry has no items by 30 minutes, and mid is a no-go zone of instalockers who die 5 times and have the enemy invoker pushing in their t2 by 10 minutes.

By 20-25 minutes we're down 15 kills and the enemy is 5 man pushing with several bkb's and I genuinely have no idea what to do.

Should I be going back to my 2k mmr roaming strats? Spam mirana/bounty hunter every game?

Not really. Most pro games is done in a very stale meta, meaning odd picks increase win chance severely because of said stale meta.

So basically they hit all the last hits. They often play extremely defensive to the point of absurdity, simply because 3 man roaming support ganks is a thing.
They don't really have good plans for dealing with dewarding, or smoke ganks.
They are also usually more scared of T3 siege than what it actually is. In a pub, the winning team would just team up, and siege a T3, plant a ward, and then force a re buyback fight. In a pro game, it turns out into a very long drawn out game because they literally need to force buy backs to attempt to siege past 30 minute mark.
