tweaked AO, curves, and DepthHaze but have them disabled since curves maybe was too much saturation(switched to vibrance), AO has a high performance hit, and DepthHaze messes with loading screens but it is a very cool thing for screenshots.
Also there is a custom "LUT" texture that looks really good some places and awful in others, you can play with that if you want.

I'm consistently getting two-shot by enemies, I'm having trouble landing enough 400+ damage attacks to kill the standard enemies (I once landed about 3 backstabs, 4 fully charged R2s and several normal attacks with a Refined Astora Greatsword+6 on a knight that didn't even have the red eyes) and I'm SL71

Twinking is still alive and well in DS3. I have consistent invasions at level 40 with a +6 weapon from Farron's Swamp all the way to Anor Londo. Low level twinking is possible if you stick to +3 and below level 30.

Twinker's Best Weapon: Grave Warden Twinblades. Not only does it bleed insantly if you land a full L2 spin2win with resin on it, you can also get absurd DPS on any of the PvE bosses that are vulnerable to bleed without upgrade.

Invasion tool kit: Simple broken sword for the lightest SP recharger to spam weapon arts and

2 bless shields/weapons to recharge your HP when you stalemate against the host and his phantoms. The HP regen ring is also a bonus and the chime WA can be used if you have faith.

A bow and obscuring ring to snipe when they hunker down. You can land headshots with the Puncture WA and they can't see you from long range with the ring on. You can use Hawk Ring if you are reasonably far away that you can ring swap.

Hornet + Buckler + Dagger if you are good at parrying. The Chameleon spell/White Branch is also good for setting up ambushes. At low levels, you should be able to one-shot phantoms if you sneak up and backstab them.

I actually killed 3 blue phantoms while stalemating with a host and his phantoms and walked away with more a shit ton of tongues.
