So DaS3 is my first Souls game that I got at the behest of friends. Read the lore for the previous games up until. Correct me where I'm wrong

I will go ahead and say that Knight type enemies are probably the most bullshit enemies in the game. The damage and speed of shield bashes is fucking stupid. It's literally their most dangerous attack. Their tracking and 180 degree pivot attacks are also super obnoxious.

If players had the ability to shield bash for that kind of stamina damage or with that speed nobody would be bitching about havel estocs. But it's so bullshit they can't let the player do it.

One thing that may help: keep your distance, even if it's just walking to the side and away from him. The more you see how he attacks the more likely you are to anticipate them. Don't worry about strictly hitting him at first. Just focus on his pattern and hit when you know he's vulnerable (and you will find out). Don't blow your stamina load either, just in case you need to get out of the way.

Dark Souls 2, everything worked flawlessly. If you had a failed summoning, you'd be told within 3 seconds. You could drop a sign on release day and become summoned a literal second afterwards if you were lucky.

It's the exact-100%-same broken netcode as Dark Souls 1 had, where summon signs are timed out but left on the servers anyways.

Enemies have massive fucking combos that will kill you if even two hits land and getting hit by one will stun you long enough for a second hit to land. You are too high level for the area you are in. People usually arrive at undead settlement after killing Vorte and maybe leveling up 3 or so times after Firelink (on PS4 anyway).

Here I'll make it simple for you.

01 - 15: Lothric

20 - 30: Swamp/Forest
30 - 40: Catacombs/Izalith
40 - 50: Disneyland
45 - 55: Anal Rodeo

75+ Lothric Gaytwins

PC idiots seem to be farming the ever living shit out of everything so they seem to be like 15 levels higher in every zone than they should be.

You're supposed to only really use souls from bosses and souls you find + killing regular enemies through a couple run throughs of the area. It sounds like PC players are actually farming to level up.

If it's your first souls game, then yes, a lot of people know your pain. You should've seen the sheer amount of bloodstains in Dark Souls 2 of all fucking things at launch. The easiest goddamned souls game and most of the buyers got themselves killed in ways that I can't comprehend.
If you want, get Dark Souls and try your hand at that.
I have no idea how hard DS3 is, but a lot of people cut their teeth on Dark Souls 1.

It's a surprisingly light and fast axe that deals massive stamina damage and has a healing WA which gives you back like 50 HP on each hit.
Literally the only bad thing about it is that it has shit hyperarmor.

In fact you can use both it and UGS at the same time as they compensate for weaknesses of each other.

in des/das/das2 there was always a handful of enemies/bosses that were extremely fast and aggressive. Because they were different than other enemies/bosses and forced players to use a different play style, they were considered hard/challenging bosses.

In DaS3 they went and said "what if we make every fucking enemy like that? Prepare to die Xddd"

The difference was in Bloodborne you had a lot more mobility and could dodge in to attack. A lot of enemies feel like they were literally taken from a DLC area that never was and thrown into Dark Souls 3 without accounting for the fact that the player can't move like they did in bloodborne. So it seems like you are just sitting on your thumbs waiting for blender to stop because you can't get in there without getting caught up in it.

30 is too high. That level does not make sense for the area, as even a host beating Greatwood (which would kill all PVP) still wouldn't normally amass enough souls to be 30.

Bring firebombs or be a pyro; the second form can be gutted down to almost dead by spamming fire at it as it transforms

Get a hit in when he wakes up. Stay close to him. Roll into his attack, he'll whiff and you.ll be behind him for a hit or two.
Repeat until he turns into Wesker.

Then fire him to almost dead when he transforms, if you're panicked by Wesker mode run away but watch him as he'll jump attack you and you need to dodge. THen just get in on him and hit him a couple times.

You can kill him in like 10 hits, so you need to work on avoiding damage and your timing

You still need to be in their soul level range, but you just can't be using a better upgraded weapon for that range than them.

+3 is fine to invade even SL10's. Shards can and do drop from enemies in the first zone.

That would be accurate if you raised all of that by 10 levels for each area. Using nothing but the souls you get from bosses and enemies and you will be pushing SL 100 by the time you reach Soul of Cinder. I know it's a different game and all that, but my first Souls game was DaS and I chose to play as thief. I thought, right out the gate, I'd focus on parrying and dodging. I'd use my master key to access areas you wouldn't normally be able to go to until later.

Idort here, I fucking hate Bloodborne's bullshit, although nobody ever belives me here when i say i do because i've obviously "never played the game" or i'm a "salty pcuck". I've taken to calling every "ifinite stamina flail arms/weapon around 20 times like a retard" enemy a "bloodborne enemy" for convenience. The PC version is not a disaster. Some 14 year olds with dual core CPUs and 1GB GPUs on Steam might have problems, but that's about it. Watch streams like Day9's that are on PC. I think he might get one freeze at one point, on a pre-release press copy. There's a guy called Keith Ballard playing on PC and so far I haven't seen any technical problems. For me it's 60fps and no crashes after about 12 hours.

Meanwhile, I played BB on a PS4 and it was about 17fps and had 60 second loading times. From are pretty bad at programming and it can affect any platform. The fact that the PS4 and Xbone versions have to be capped at 30 and sometimes drop below that speaks volumes about how bad they are at getting games to work. Remember DaS2 often being at 15-20fps on PS3?

They should've given players the dagger sidestep weapon art as the default non-fatroll dodge. They really did design enemies like it was Bloodborne but then made the players be somewhat faster Dark Souls characters.
