why even bother to try to "fix" that? It makes running an alt more interesting being you can sugar daddy them into just buying nicer gear as they go. Then throw them all your nice, but junk to you stuff later at level 30..

It mostly works like a mat converter, letting you turn gear drops into weapons or whatever you might really need. Now that the DZ is going to be dropping more purple stuff I'm not even sure I'm going to bother to keep doing it.

It really is a pain in the ass to do vs just marking stuff you don't want as trash and decon'ing it all at once.

The JTF, despite having uniforms and all this nice branded equipment, are billed as incompetent as ass shit. Kind of insulting to the NYPD and other service members in the city.

Second wave is having little difficulty, as most of the food riots would have ended with people starving. Those infected already died. Things have calmed for civilians somewhat and gangs are killing each other.

Think of it like a flood. Waters high, things get fucked up. Water level receeds, everything is still damp, water damage will occur, supplies are fucked, but things aren't actively getting worse. That's NYC right now for Second Wave.
