There's lots of ways you can do it and most are way better than me, keep in mind I was super slow and have been really really lazy.

Does anyone know anything about lag macros for BGs? How do people make the entire BG lag while they capture the flag for example? First off, don't even try to get the second pack on the top level, it's not worth your time.

Secondly, pull at max range with blizzard, and then do another blizzard when all have nearly passed through. Do this until they are dead or get close, at which point you can frost nova then CoC. Arcane explosion if some are still standing.

You want to respec and have 3/3 imp blizz 3/3 permafrost and 2/2 artic reach. NO POINTS IN FROSTBITE.

Enter DM E from the south entrance, and start the first pack once the group of 3 trees pass them to the right. Then you have to drop down, easiest way I found was to stock up on light feathers, activate slow fall, then fall straight out from the crack on the edge, the crack which is roughly halfway between each of the upper level huge elementals. Then when you are down start the one directly in front of the direction you fall. Then the one behind you and carry on around the edge of the lower level. You will be killing 5 packs in total. 1 on the upper level, drop down, 4 on the lower level.

After killing the last pack start drinking and use this macro:

This will reset your instance and log you out, when you log in you will be outside DM W. Press the lever on the wall to open the door then ride back to the south entrance of DM E. Repeat.

Always have your ice barrier up before you pull.

There are large chinese guilds that invite basically anyone, you can see them barking in ironforge if you have the language pack, or in the /china channel.
Some large ones, like <THE TWILIGHT> on horde are more catered towards gold farming and protecting farmers, so those would be more difficult to "infiltrate" but certainly not impossible being as the average chink is astonishingly stupid.

Luna has enemy casting bar, and Natur ECB has a shitload of bars with cooldowns, DR, casting, etc. but they're separate from the target frame and really hard to configure so that they show sensible stuff without any of the useless stuff.
