It's been like 5 months there's no new raid on pvp so many are just raidlogging and have an alt on pve.

In 2 months it'll change I guess since some will have to farm gold for consumables/enchant and want to try the new gear in pvp.

It'll take a long time before there's a /nosg/ guild on pve with a decent amount of players though.

This is completely offtopic, but I think these sorts of things on the internet are so interesting. Theres so much strange behavior that can only exist on the internet. At about what level could I feasibly solo lowbie dungeons like sfk and wc with a warlock? I remember I used to farm sfk for wool cloth on my hunter when I was in my level 30s or 40s but that wasn't during vanilla either.

I'm considering joining the PvE server as a Tank or healer. Played a Prot Warrior in WoW along with a Disc Priest so I'm decent enough to raid as them, though I joined back in TBC. I'm a solid at PvP but mostly with a combat Rogue which I doubt is even good in this.

That being said last time I checked the forums I noticed that there was a massive issue with chinks and half the forum was going full on SJW and defending them as if their livelihood depended on it.

What I'm trying to get at is if this game is actually worth playing. I have a lot of free time for a few weeks and need something to take up my time but I don't want to join and it turns out there's 7 chinese to every 3 actual people.

The PvP server is greatly overpopulated because of the Chinese, around 12k players at peak times. It makes the server laggier and obviously some areas are a huge congested pain because of it. The PvE server hits around 3k at prime time and usually stays around 1500-2500 otherwise, which is slightly larger than a retail server. The Chinese are basically exclusively on the PvP server.

Blue pvp gloves/legs have 1% less hit in total but more AP and stam. You could try using them and pull the poorfag card on potential guilds. You need to get to rank 8 to buy the legs, gloves are at 7.

I would advise a fresh Horde 60 to find an MC/ZG progress guild as they typically don't require Preraid BiS and shit, rather doing dungeon runs with each other to acquire it in order to progress further. There's a fair few, just keep an eye on /world for whatever you need and you'll see it soon enough

I might keep a lookout then. The main reasons I want to stay away from a guild for actual raiding is that I don't want to be locked down to a specific raid schedule again (doing that for years in retail burned me out) and I'm not fond of being forced into vent to sit for hours during a raid.
