Evelynn was the one I said can only be stealthed when not around people. Specifically she becomes visible out of combat and if anyone gets within a certain radius of her she becomes visible.
Twitch now has a 3 second stealth delayed by a few seconds.
Eve and Twitch used to be able to stealth for very long periods of time, like 45 seconds at max rank. It used to be hilariously fun though both champs were never that great otherwise (Barring the time where Eve used to stun people when coming out of stealth)
Shaco has always had a short duration stealth/blink
There's also Wukong who has a short duration stealth/decoy and then there's Rengar who's ult lets him go stealth for a short duration but longer after he gets stacks on his passive. It also lets him leap onto people from a distance.

If you don't play League, then imagine Loki's assassinate not having a stun but he's able to do it twice and that's 100% what Rengar is among other things. Compared to him, Loki is pretty underpowered.

All of them besides Loki see pro play(Nox has been changed like 4 times now so we'll see what happens at worlds). Loki doesn't see pro play because solo is usually reserved for a warrior. but he performs fine in solo q.

The rest you listed suffer from power/mobility creep so I agree that in this meta they're fucked.

I've been whining about Hi-Rez's shit balancing all year and lo and behold they still do nothing. but at least we get a new skin every patch :^)

Cupid has no late game at all and his early game Sprint 2/beads fucks him. Why pick him over say Hou Yi or Chiron?

Loki is easy to trounce since his solo lane food doesn't exist any more (mages)

All Chaac does is slow people and do no damage oh and he has a meh ult that only is decent when it is axe buffed but you lose your battle tp/weak escape as well as you 35% mass aoe slow but even then it gives a loud tell.
