srg speedrun general

Ella is a freelance gaming journalist for her popular speedrunning blog "Can You Run It?" which focuses on popular games in the speedrunning community and upcoming games planning to be ran and optimized. She finally got the chance to spend an entire week at the speedrunning marathon event AGDQ or "Awesome Games Done Quick". Motivated to spend her entire time blogging and uploading pictures, she wastes no time getting into the groove of the event, until she bumps into a well known speedrunner by surprise. Could love bloom on the convention floor or will Ella hold her hardened personality till the end?

i've had a fair bit of real competition with good players but it's been almost exclusively in ILs. I have put in hundreds of hours into those but most people don't see that side of my speedrunning since i don't stream them usually. its hard to know if that translates exactly to RTA should someone ever decide to challenge one my times. the only real RTA battle i had in 3 years was with wa27 in blast corps any% back in mid 2013. he remains the only person ever to beat me when i held the record, but of course i came out ahead eventually.
