After thinking about it, I really shouldn't be doing a last minute rush unless absolutely necessary.
With what you're saying, it'll cost me much more VH if I end up breaking my girls leg from too much abuse in such a short amount of time. If I spread out my VH usage throughout the event, then I should be able to catch up to the rankers eventually. At the same time, I have to rank high enough that I don't get knocked out of the top 1000s during the last minute rush while I'm asleep.

Here's hoping the other players break their own girls for rushing too hard.

Don't really play thief, but I believe the Nimues aren't the best. The Dark one can turn into a really good Utahime card though and Riri is not bad. The advice I hear for most thieves is that they should try to aim for magic buffs instead when re-rolling as there are a few good farmable debuffs.

in million arthur 2 there are three types of rare draw pools.

the normal pool: they are available any time, and all of them will be exchangeable with knight coins. new units for the normal pool should be exchangeable in one or two months. almost any other pools will have normals in it unless specified.

the limit pool:these pools are not exchangeable and doesn't get pulled in the normals/collab. they will be available 1~2 times in a month. limit pool can be further categorized into elemental limit and the holy grail limit. holy grail limit usually available in the end of the month and the limits are the 4188 hp type, makes them generally useful and versatile. elemental limits are quite strong in general, but usually not a must have.

the collab pool:as the name suggest, it is available during a collab only, and will not be exchangeable. collab pool can be very unique and overpowered and SE might release some normals that is a copy of it but a different element in the future. SE might revisit some collab if they are feeling generous.

So around half an hour left to the end of my first GW.
I'm not looking forward to the next one, didn't manage even one copy (I'm in the middle of finals so I can't afford to grind too much).

Though I did managed to MLB the event harp. Even got an extra copy from a drop which would have been helpful if it was the katana instead so that I could MLB that too. Managed to get a single copy of Mahisa as well.

No because you pulled beginner gacha which is made so that it's guaranteed to give you two 5*, you'll "do good" when your next roll gives you more 5* cards, I really do suggest doing the 15-gem roll, and then the 1-gem and 2-gem rolls we are getting more than enough gems for now to excuse that. Also which cards did you get exactly?

Not really, definetly not when you fight weaker stuff, it recovers completly each turn after all, but on things like Ice Dragon you might want to limit yourself from blowing your entire load so that you don't use all of your healing or buffing cards at once and their effects run right before you get hit with the big attack

Kind of. It helps to farm a 90 fame unit by chaining rank ups early game but thanks to just invading other people's rooms, you can bum rides off pubs that'll be farming event cards instead. As long as you pull your weight you'll farm up a fame unit faster then chaining together rank ups on normal dungeons farming a unit that way.

i'm not sure i want to keep playing MA2, i think the system has potential but so far it has been boring as fuck

If the card pops out at ultra rare, it can evolve to million rare.

Claire is really outdated but you can use her to bulk up your HP for now. Beach Robin hood is good, AoE healing and all defense up if you chain 2 or more. Hestia is alright, not a great card but it's alright for buffing your teams physical defenses and getting a little healing in as well. Elf girl isn't as great as thank you Diva for status heals but she will heal more in exchange for less flexibility in that area.

So, I've been using VH every other match. Player motivation seems to recover much faster than I had anticipated so I can maintain a good balance of VH spending and not worry about injuries.
My strikers don't seem to take many hits from motivation because I only use them for shots. My midfield carry on the other hand loses motivation so fast that I have to cycle her out.

I was at 7500 VH yesterday, but now I'm up to 8000. The game seems generous enough to cover my losses with milestones and missions, but I'm not sure how long this trend will last.

Why is the droprate for 5* Kiraris in MA2 so terrible?

What do people do for weapons in BGHS. I can't seem to craft any good things and I did the one thing that I shouldn't do according to the wiki of trying for gacha weapons. Currently running on a 3 star spear.

Previously you could craft an event weapon that had pretty standard power. We -should- be getting something for this next event, but they've mostly been adding themed weapons to weapon gacha instead.

Ended up pulling Gaiga and a dupe Camellia, fuck. Can't complain too much though since this was only my 4th of these pulls since I started, and I already have Piz'fer and Gugba (along with Zeera to help me clear PoF)

Get the PoF cleared enough so that the Jaguna base + the recoded monsters will get her to 100% boost. Then recode her and replace her base form and the monsters. You'll save a little bit of coinage since you can make use of the 40% boost transfer with minimal excess. That's up to 24,000 coins saved. It may not be much in the long term, but in the short every little bit helps.

Enide isn't that great because she's 5c. Stacking heal buffs and using low cost heals usually heals more than Enide will if you just used her by herself. The thief Nimue you pulled is really good though after you change her to the Diva version.

Mil attack cards are traps in almost every instance. That's not to say you can't run attack cards, but damage dealing is not your job and unless you know what you're doing, you're going to get your party killed running them instead of what your class is actually good at.

Late reply. Yeah it's great. First card is top tier, second card is also top tier for thief as it has an alternate evolution into it, third card is okay and forth card is pretty good. Overall really good starting out for a thief you'll need to work on getting some good debuffs now.

Hestia is pretty nice with the physical defense buff however she won't get any recovery bonus from healing cards that boost it as she'll be used first but still a good card if used right. Elf is alright for a 2c since it has trap removal. Robin hood is pretty good but requires a 3-chain of wind for the all defense buff. Claire is still alright due to the massive HP pool but it's a 5c so it's hard to use and it's also physical which most mercenaries you find will probably be magical. Claire might get buffed though since they're going to buff 3c, 4c, and 5c cards but they didn't mention the values.

Pretty decent diva cards. Gottfried (Bottom right) turns into a really strong diva card that buffs recovery and all attack. Hestia is pretty solid overall. Fedelma isn't the best card but it isn't completely terrible you can replace it later when you get better cards but it'll help out quite a bit. Only if you want to play diva of course otherwise you should reroll.

Enide isn't used anymore. Elaine is okay for a single heal card heal wise but she doesn't have anything else to add. The Nimue at the bottom left is really good however. You could make due with this if you were sick or rerolling but you should probably reroll still.

Sadly all three of those cards are either average or below average. Tech Arther is only used for the HP really. Danmachi guy isn't really a great taunt card. Third card is almost never used outside of 25 since you rarely ever use attack cards as a millionaire with very few exceptions.

That happens pretty regularly. Every time they do a version update everything is fine, but then when they push a small update, like activating Amazora & Jagunas recodes and Metal Otomo evolution, it screws things up. There's a version mismatch when it goes to log in and it gets stuck in a network error loop. When that happens, after the network error message you hit ok and then minimize TB to the background for 10-15 seconds. After that bring it back up and it should log in fine. This has been an ongoing issue for at least 7 or 8 version updates, and at least now we know how to get past it.

Depends on how many gems you had sitting in your box for rolling the gacha and what you get from them.

First card is trash, second card is great as a diva card, third card is a heavy to use card since it's a 5c but will be getting buffed, forth card isn't that great anymore and the millionaire version isn't either. The 5th, 6th 7th and 8th cards are free cards. 9th card is single target heal that can heal for a lot when fighting a wind boss.
