After 27 roll, I can say that this was a very satisfying Legend fest.

Got all of this in one day plus Apollon summon

A little quick story translation summary before translator anon do his God's work.

Apparently the school has a tradition of decorating the big tree in the school. Sadone asks why, nobody knows the answer. Sakura is late, tells everyone to come with her.

In town, Irous attack. Apparently, people here and there forgetting what the hell is christmas. Apparently, decorating the tree has something to do with Shinju-sama's power. Now that everyone forget christmas, shinju-sama is weakened.

Sadone's ebina sense is tingling. Ebina came. make 8 students that's not in the christmas gacha dissapear. They can't do anything because their power is weakened.

fast forward, headmaster loli explains the situation. The remaining students want to search for the missing students. Yakumo sensei, disagrees because of the danger, Sadone use objection. Succeed. Weapon sensei gives them an old passed down uniform that has been granted the power of christmas. Yes, their xmas outfit.

Fast forward again, they met ebina. she's surprised they still have power. Ebina retreat. Sadone tells everyone that the other students are most likely in Ebinaa's "room". Unfortunately no one knows how to get there. To be continued.

I'm surprised Ebina has a central role in this.

More mages and more options is always good, especially since she's a bit different from the regular quartet. Most tougher events usually have enemies/bosses who completely shut down certain element's usefulness - if they don't piss on magic users altogether. I'm not the biggest fan of Puprope^, but if you don't already have Zerro, there's no reason not to like/use her.

Not sure if intended, but it seems like the AoE of Jaguna Z's Venomous Spear isn't really a 3 columns attack (which should be the 3 columns around herself, same as Rejin's status blades), but "pincer column" like the mage's Tier1 spells. As if that ridiculous buff wasn't surprising enough already, maybe we'll also witness Jaguna of all things getting nerfed.

Not really, RNG is still RNG so there could be people fucked enough to never get SSR especially since GBF doesn't have any sort of system that makes sure that you get at least one SSR every 100 rolls or something like that. I love the game but it's rates and the ways of getting characters are utter dogshit and things like startdash, suprise ticket and guaranteed SSR on 3k mobacoins pull don't help it either because they just make the gap of enjoyment between F2P and P2P players even bigger, it's not the case like with the most mobages where spending money only increases your chance of finally getting something, this is the case of "spend money and you WILL get something", the only way the RNG even applies at that point is what exactly you will get from the guaranteed pull.
And I'd assume that adding the english language option isn't going to make the game suddenly make more mouney, because even if gaijins want to spend money it's still going to be a bit complicated and will require fucking around with mobage prepaid cards or VPN's

I use all SRs but atk up light/dark weapons as fodder. Mainly because actually getting atk up for light and dark is a pain in the ass since the magnas don't have SRs for it.

Craft 'em from stuff that drops in story levels and certain events (but not this one,) or roll weapon gacha.

Gacha ones are stronger and have special effects, if you manage to get one you want.

Hestia: She's alright to have, not the best since she's a defense buff and not a main healer but she'll still do alright as a filler.

Right side: Leader is alright on Cheery farming and any light fights but as a 4 cost it's hard to combo with and as a Diva nowadays it's better to chain together increase recovery cards with AoEs to get better healer. You're not a damage dealer in tough fights so side her out in anything above 25 fights.

Gottfried is godlike after diverge, I wasn't sure at first but after her first use I can't fathom removing her. Rodine is also alright, chain could be a pain to get off but fighting physical fire bosses it'll be good.

Leftt side: Robin Hood is nice. Same 'problem' as Rodine but all defenses go up, so fit it in if you can chain to it. Claire is way too heavy a cost to use but she can be an HP stick for you to use till you find a replacement as soon as possible. I'm not too sure on the others on there, give me some time to read up on them before I get back to you.

It feels like characters have some sort of hidden Skill Boost multiplier. Amazora took forever to get her last few percentage points. For every 0.1% she would get, my other team would get 5-10 skill ups, and that's with a Demon Chronicle. It took me about 5 hours of 1-5 to get the last 2%. Now that I've got her at 100% and have switched in Bahl to get her the last 20%, I'm seeing skill ups a lot more frequently.

There are three different phases you can get skill boosts in, Attack, Heal, and Capsule. Characters that can do all three (SS mages) boost up way faster because of it. Characters who only attack boost way slower, so equip a healing companion to them for more skill boost chances.

I understand the way skill boosts work. Ma'curi and Bahl, both of whom are Attack Phase only, are getting skill ups at a rate that far surpasses what Amazora was, also an Attack Phase only. All three with Demon Chronicles and with 30% skills the factor when the Chronicle didn't proc.

The only Healing Buddy worthwhile for SB is the white candle ones, which are energy only. The coin Heal Stick only goes up to 90%, and that's only at the final A rank - all prior ranks are 100%.

Until now I actually thought they heavily raised the chance for blackcats/MUAVE, since I get one within 3 tickets at MOST, but then again I'm lucky enough to have a L7 Blackcat Fairy, which raises BC appearance by 28%. Considering those rates, it almost feels like that bonus is actually a flat addition and not multiplicative.

I'm having a hard time believing they didn't royally fuck up this event and accidently factored the goalposts by 10, if rates are actually that low for others. Getting 25 and 50 "Blackcats" to appear seems far more reasonable than a fucking 250 and 500...

On the topic of healing buddies for SB, the Ochus from the Mobius collab are actually pretty good, since their effect is applied in the healing phase as well. They only activate on pincer and not in chain, but at L40 they proc 100% of the time and actually count as a 30% skill for boosting.

For something big as Love Live to be losing to an almost dead game like Valkyrie Crusade is pathetic (Soccer Spirits is at 259).
