So I had nothing else to really spend my extra perk points after awhile, I ten saved up. I decided to try for a melee build.

Is it me or is melee lacking to some extent? Do I have to run around and sneak attack people for it to be good damage? Maxed out the melee perk along with rooted perk and I wasn't to impressed.
