Ghoulish isn't that good because you still accumulate rads which lowers your max HP as normal. Unless you have a good supply of RadAway you will still eventually die in radiated areas.

How the fuck do I fix this stuttering?

It's not microstuttering. My fps is fine most of the time, but sometimes my screen "skips." Like it goes from 60 fps to 30 fps for like a second, and then it goes back to 60 fps. This happens especially in cities / opening my pip boy.

was it worth it? maybe, I'm now getting "12.6X" / "5.9X" damage on melee / ranged sneak attacks

I guess this makes sense, since I have ninja at 3 (modifies base sneak attack multiplier, up from 2 to 3.5 on ranged and 10 on melee, though I get 10.5x I think because my knife grants extra sneak attack damage or it's just the weapon type or something), then sandman at 3 for "50% more sneak attack damage" on silenced weapons, and lastly cloak & dagger for +20% more sneak attack damage

3.5 * (1 + 0.5 + 0.2) = 5.95 (truncated/rounded to 5.9?)
10.5 * (1 + 0.2) = 12.6

I'm not sure about the melee damage multipliers, but either way I'm happy with this

tl;dr worth for sneaky types

Has anyone else run into this issue?

Static lights don't seem to want to work properly if I walk into Sanctuary on foot from a long trip away, but they load just fine if I reload a save file that's here or fast travel. Apparently if you use them to take out the Institute at the end, there will be Minutemen patrols (like BOS), and you get occasional radiant quests to help them defend a checkpoint.

Haven't seen the checkpoint quests but there's been a good few patrols I ran into out in the ruins and Minutemen flags fly at Diamond City, and Bunker Hill agreed to join up after Keller's admission that we "shaped up", though I'm not sure what triggers that. That grandson of one of the old Minutemen gave me a quest as well.

Weird. The perk should work with it because it is a semi auto weapon.

Needs a companion whistle mod.

Make it like a weapon that when you pull the trigger just whistles and gives you the command companion thing, so you can tell them to go somewhere or whatever without needing a visual on them.

So you can tell your companion to come over to you when you have no idea where they are.
