reading through the comments made me realize how quick time flies. it's a reflection of the way bioware/ea treat their customers as much as the way the game (didn't) end. the extended dlc (not available without an internet connection) is neither here nor there. it never would have happened if so many people hadn't traded in their games and been so pissed off that they stuck a dlc screen after the credits and a rubbish 'shepard lives' with multiplayer points - which i resent for a different reason i now have to play less of the game to avoid that stupid shit so i can let shep die.

not to mention all the lies they told and then didn't apologize for. it's inexcusable they deserve all the shit they get until the end of time and anybody who disagrees can suck a dick because they didn't play it from the beginning of the series and before the extended cut. but what can you do we have to move on.

The whole Cerberus in ME3 and taking over the Citadel thing? The really were war criminals by our standards, but the real enemy had no rules of engagement of their own other than the systematic annihilation or assimilation of sentient interstellar species, including their own creators. TIM and Udina where always on humanity's side and enemies of the Reapers. Sure Cerberus turned completely no-ethics Nazi scientist mode in ME3, but they succeeded in both exploiting Reaper tech AND controlling Reapers forces to the point where the Reapers felt forced to track down and destroy their experimentation camp much like they tried to do with Leviathan. Imagine if they had more support or at least, Shepard never interfered. I don't think TIM and Udina would be corrupt war criminals in real-life's situation, they'd have no reason to be, but TIM sure has balls and wit.
