it certainly is the more complex or fleshed out of the 3 but that doesnt make it the best.
2 had an absolutely solid everything. The levels are memorable, the art is colorful and vibrant with a coherent, near timeless style. The music is full of instant classics. The bosses and secret world are difficult and push the mechanics to the limit.
3 had a dated art style by 2005. The music not bad but much more forgettable than in 2. It does have good bosses I'll give it that. It suffers from tons of weird design choices like the fucking elephant that's basically useless.
Is this E3 shaping up to be the worst E3 since 2008? Nothing to be excited about, nothing good to watch.

It's been a long time since I've played Morrowind. All I used to think while playing it is:

So basically, first person / single character Dwarf Fortress.
It's been a long fucking time since then. Have any mods or spinoffs come along that do something like this?
I want to explore and survive and build my own dwelling, but I want it to be hard, I want the unique content (like finding a giant cavern or ancient city) to be more interesting than the same three things over and over again. I want the game world to be huge, to not be able to hit bedrock in an hour, etc.

I played that when it first came out. It was cool, but only because it had good graphics and that square style. I remember playing it through and then watching space ghost when they first launched adult swim.
I remember the bumps to the first adult swim more than I remember the games ending, if that tells you anything.
