Didn't think it was too good honestly. Went in with high expectations after all the praise, but the areas were too short and only Ludwig's boss fight was good, the rest were mildly annoying grinds where the bosses constantly had ridiculous 300º swings.

I ended up completing it with the Beast Cutter. Apparently it's the worst weapon in the game, but that transformed R2 is pure sex so I don't even care.

I think more then anything she just wanted to create tension. I got spreading the books around as then people start to learn things they shouldn't but turning them into demons after seems to kimd of defeat the purpotheas they then go insane.

This game really cements how bad Yooka-Laylee and the other "3D platformer revival" things are, when this just randomly comes out and is better than all of it.
And man did they do their research, almost every little thing in the game comes from Noid commercials, including the Noid Void and a number of the structures, even the stop signs.

Nice. I used to rent Yo! Noid so much from our local rental place so much they let me have the game.

I kind of wish this one was also a 2D platformer, though. I don't know why I like the first one so much... I never even beat it.
