Secret Diary and Secret History both give a different account of Laura's year of death (and thus when the show takes place), Bobby kills someone for the first time in Secret Diary and then kills someone else for the first time in FWWM, My life my tapes has Cooper investigate the Theresa Banks murder, Secret History just gets everything wrong about the original show (the Norma/Hank/Nadine/Ed storyline is completely changed, Norma's mom is dead, Harry Truman was somehow aware of Andrew Packard being alive, Hank worked for Jean Renault all of his life and then met him for the first time during the show, Laura was 18 when she went to Jacobi and she died while 17 etc etc)
They are all interesting in their own way but not relevant to the storyline at all
