I wanna have a thread about Tarkovsky. For being a movie-board, there sure isn't a lot of discussion about non-mainstream flicks and underground shit.
Thread prompts:
>How many of his films have you seen?
>Which one did you like best?
>Do you feel that his use of time as a stylistic instrument is interesting, or just a waste of time?
>Do films like Stalker (1979) actually have a meaning, or is everything mant for the viewer to interpret? And if so, is a film even meaningful, if every interpretation is left to the viewer?
Do you still visit? If so, for what?
I like the film trivia
The plot synopsis because I'm a brainlet

sometimes i use it to find out information on the crew or technical details of a film, but only because i can never remember how to find that shit on TMDB.
ITT: overrated hacks
What movie do you watch when your feeling down? I watch the first hour of high fidelity which is comfy and lil depressing and turn it off when it gets happier and move on to a different film like Withnail and I

What political parties do the fast actors support? I know The Rock is a liberal Republican but what about the rest of the family?
>>83866929
Tyrese is pretty religious, so probably Tea Partier, supported Cruz in the GOP race. Vin avoided saying anything against Trump when he was asked, which implies he might've supported him but didn't want to get into any political bullshit with Hollywood. Statham seems like he might be a Tory going by interviews alone.
Is this going to be kino?
Question: Is the new season of OITNB going to make me want to masturbate?

Depends if the 1000 plotstrings actually lead to anything in the end.
In retrospect, what was the best part of NBC's 1993 Saturday night Laugh-a-thon lineup?
>>83866518

What does /tv/ think about pic related?
I recently re-watched it and was surprised to see that it was still pretty good. I think the very beginning when they're interviewing the townspeople and the very end when they go into the house are absolutely perfect.
Worth owning to watch once every couple of years but other than that, it's just alright.
It's one of the best horror movies ever.
