Who is the angriest morning news anchor and why is it Charlie Rose?
Charlie Rose is legitimately one of the stupidest motherfuckers I have ever seen make it to a news desk. If you watch is interviews I have no idea how this shriveled up mummy with his brain full of dust managed to land any position on TV. Constantly interrupting his guests only seconds after asking them some braindead question but letting silence linger uncomfortably wrong when they answer his inane fucking questions fully. He also asks guests questions that are utterly baffling and leaves them gasping for comprehension because they can't wrap their mind around the sheer banality of what he's asking them. He doesn't seem to have even the barest fucking idea of what is actually happening around him or even bothers to read up (or remember) much of anything about his guests. When he interviewed Brendan for the first Mummy movie he said nobody had touched the Mummy property since Boris Karloff, Brendan corrected him about the fucking million Mummy sequels and he just smugly acted like he knew about them all along. Charlie Rose is the biggest piece of shit on television today and should be barred from ever stepping one foot inside a studio again.
Did someone say hot dinner?

Malick mentioned I Vitelloni and The White Sheik as his favorite Federico Fellini pictures, with the latter being “one of the funniest films I’ve ever seen.” He spoke nostalgically of seeing these films as a boy in Oklahoma and “coming out into the light and making vows to be a better son or brother, or work harder,” reminiscing how those films – and the experience of seeing them in a theatre – “strengthened you.”
Malick also spoke affectionately of the silent era and made special mention of Ménilmontant, the 1926 Dimitri Kirsanoff short which critic Pauline Kael named as her favourite film of all time. Apropos of his own films’ fixation upon the natural world and their vaguely pantheistic bent, Malick likened silent cinema to a tree that was cut down prematurely, and described Ménilmontant as an indication of how the medium may have evolved had talkies come around ten years later. In an amusing aside, he also expressed his admiration for Joe Carnahan’s Smokin’ Aces, which he described as “quite well directed,”
Based Carnahan finally getting some respect

What has happened to society? Where are all the manly men movies at? Why are the extremely few manly men movies panned and leaked to ruin? Where will our children turn to for manly guidance? Why is every millennial man so pussyfied? When I was growing up, we watched John Wayne, Clint Eastwood, Charles Bronson, Bruce Lee, Chuck Norris, and Burt Reynolds movies.
Shit, today's quipped up capehero shit holds no candle to stuff like "Sorcerer", "The Good, the Bad, and the Ugly," or "Death Wish".
