Shown in the first season, when Lois was pregnant with Malcom, Hal tried to bombard Reese with knowledge and science. Which he absorbed.

In what order would you show a Star Wars films to a newbie? In what order do you watch the films?
IMO, there is only one correct order now that Rogue One has changed everything.
1-3
Rogue One
4-6
TFA
TLJ
Ewok Films
Holiday Special
Try and refute this. You can't.
4
5
6
If they liked that enough to want more, they're a grown adult and can pick for themselves.

I, II, Genndy Wars, III, RO IV, V, Ewok Films, VI, STOP
Star Wars
Empire Strikes Back
Return of the Jedi
The Force Awakens
Why the FUCK would you watch the prequels first, if you even bother to watch them at all? Watching the prequels first makes it all the more apparent how inconsistent the two trilogies are, and they're shit movies in their own right and people only pretended to like them because Star Wars was in the title. Showing someone Phantom Menace first will just bore them.
What will they do once Game of Thrones ends?
porn
both will be accessories for my penis :^)

is Rick and Morty the smartest television show of our time? the show creators let us know the kind of intelligent show this is from the get-go, in the very first episode Rick corrects Summer when she dares utter the name of a nonexistent deity in the house of science. later the aforementioned characters rightfully beat up a man of nazi origin.
I love these crybaby threads, thanks for making it op. Does this show hurt your feelings? Hang in there! Stiff upper lip, it's just a cartoon kiddo!

Is there anything, and I mean anything at all more important in your life than gargling on Justin Roiland and Dan Harmon's balls?
Are there any movies about waking up on Easter Island?
Just got out of this dumpster fire of a flick. 0/10 WOAT-tier. I wanted to see a Spider-Man film, not a fucking high-school Disney sitcom

are there any new kinds of horror movies premises or tropes to come up with? Like how the blair witch project kick started the found footage meme and now everyone makes them? Or have we hit a wall of horror creativity and we'll keep seeing them same concepts
are there any original or untouched genres you can think of for horror movies?
sort of original, I came up with a true crime cartoon series. Its your run of the mill detective drama but its a cartoon, The animation style wont be too childish but not too edgy either. I like the animation of F is for family for example. And it wont skimp out on the gratuity either, and show gory crime scenes and talk in full detail about them

This isn't really true. Cannibal Holocaust happened about 30 years prior to Blair Witch. I think Paranormal Activity is far more responsible for the outburst of cheap found footage, it's more modern, the technology was far more accessible and became nothing but more accessible as time went on. Back in 1998, people didn't carry around camcorder computers in their pockets, but when Paranormal Activity came around, smartphones were becoming a thing and camera technology, especially personal use stuff, was far more common. Remember, Blair Witch was film students, so the context made perfect sense, these days though, it can be anyone.
Personally, I think horror's always been the bottom rung of the ladder in terms of being taken seriously, and that's only because it's the hardest to do. You get absolute horror classics like The Shining, Alien, Rosemary's Baby, The Wicker Man, stuff that's weird and new and shocking, but these just rise to the top amidst countless Italian giallos, torture porn flicks and budget found footage. Horror is kind of the laughing stock of cinema. I don't think there's really been a proper bonafide horrorclassic that rises to the top in a long time, something universally looked back at as an example of the genre. Nothing's made that big a splash, or changed the game. Somewhat regrettably, I'd say the last big horror was Paranormal Activity, because it kickstarted in earnest an entire subgenre which got driven into the ground.

While Cannibal Holocaust had found-footage in it, BWP was unique in it being entirely found-footage.
Now, someone might point out, "But, The Last Broadcast," however, that wasn't entirely found-footage; it had interviews spliced in.
THAT BEING SAID: Horror gets downtrodden because a lot of the movies are the same, i.e. they follow the same plots, archetypes, tropes, etc.
The only thing I can think of to do is subvert expectations on established tropes if you want to be new. However, if I was given leeway on a project, I would probably try and write another Texas Chainsaw movie that I'd want to see because I like that franchise and wish it was better.
Too bad I suck at writing scripts.
