ITT: Patrician films.
remember that time when ross and rachel went completely over their heads about their daughter winning $1000 dollars in a baby beauty competition?
pretty unbeliveable considering they all live in manhattan paying over $3000/month for a place
$1k should mean shit to them
1000 dollars free spending money is 1000 dollars free spending money.
Also I'm sure apartments were cheaper when Friends aired.
back in the oldfag days apartments were only like 300 in the (wo)manhattan

Hasn't this been gone over a bunch of times?
First this is 10 plus years ago.
Second they address that the reason they can afford the apts is Monica's is rent controlled from her grandma and Chandler has a really good job and Joey mooches.
Also they don't live that lavishly other than always buying shit at the coffee shop. You have to assume most of their money goes to rent.
Flirting with celebrities while recording it. Why the Hell hasn't this been done on a large scale? Christ Almighty... I mean, I'm a manlet of 5 feet, 5 or 6 inches and - I swear to God - I will flirt with (and maybe straight up proposition them) every celebrity that I have a crush on, no matter how embarrassing. I'm posting this after jacking off to pictures of Gemma Arterton, but it has come to my mind many times before. Why doesn't this exist? It can't be that people are too embarrassed - there are always strange creatures out there (myself included) who'd do this. In fact, when I see a girl who I find to be absolutely adorable (the kind you instantly fall in love with) in a public place, I feel shit if I DON'T proposition her. Of course it won't work, but it's still important to try. Plus, once you get over the embarrassment, the memory will serve as great fap fodder later in life. It will literally be the highlight of your sexual life just to ask someone like Gemma Arterton to fuck you.
I wish I had an example of this in action to show you guys, but it seems to be non-existent. To clarify, I'm NOT talking about any flirting with celebrities OR celebrities flirting with men, I'm talking about common, working class men approaching these celebrities, and flirting with her despite his lack of fame and wealth..
Make this thread big. Make it a success. Let's get the word out there. I swear to God that I'll do it myself whenever I get the chance - except it probably won't be recorded (I'm not that bold). Also, I'm obviously not talking about filming the act of sex. I know that won't work and it's unethical etc. etc.
Thanks buds.
Don't tell me it's not achievable, it's VERY achievable! There's literally no scenario where you won't come out on top. Don't go in expecting her to be attracted to you and fuck you, go in expecting to be man enough to ask her. Anyone can do this.
Christ, man... she's so lovely.
Do you think that, given enough time, Todd would have eventually fucked Lydia?
NO.

I recommend you movies from that list.
"Scorsese is a long-standing admirer of Polish cinema who, in his work with actors and cinematographers, refers to Polish films from the 1950s. "I often showed Wajda films to different producers in Hollywood" he said, "and they couldn't believe it because they had never seen anything like it before." About Wojciech Jerzy Has, he used to say that alongside Fellini, he is the only director who managed to show a different dimension of the screen. In the 90s, the American director and his Film Foundation helped save the crumbling film stock of the Saragossa Manuscript. Unfortunately, the technology of the 90s wasn’t yet advanced enough to allow for digital restoration. But thanks to Francis Ford Coppola, Jerry Garcia (from the band Grateful Dead) and Scorsese, Has’ film came out on DVD in the United States, Canada and Great Britain. In 2007, under a team of Polish experts, The Manuscript was digitally restored, re-mastered and subtitled."

It's amazing how good Polish cinema was under communism and how crappy it became under capitalism.

My gf wanted to see Fifty Shades of Grey and I wanted to see Big Hero 6
Basically we had a big fight because every time it is she who picks the movie and I wanted to pick it just this but she won the argument because she actually read the novel and I didn't even know about BH6 until recently.
Long story short, she grounded me so I cant go to the movies and I'm stuck in my room while she went to see Fifty Shades of Grey with her coworker.
Why the fuck is this shit movie turning women into such vile little bitches?
