Is there a good alternative Harrying Partners teamwork feat? If not, it seems I am shit out of luck. I wanted to build a Empiricist Investigator skill monkey with aid another capabilities in combat. Background:
The AM-290 Ore Hauler, more commonly known as the "Fortune Seeker"-class, is an Absol Motors mining rig. Developed just prior to the Swarm attacks, Absol Motors was hoping to break into the thriving Ore Rush of the Diaspora. A huge demand of mining vessels had driven a rushed 3-year development period that resulted in the AM-290. When the Swarm did arrive in 291, all attention was turned to beating back the insect invaders. Demand plummeted and sales with them. Absol Motors was forced to short-sell their stock to numerous outlaws in the belt just to stay afloat. Today, after seventeen years of service, the Fortune Seeker now sees more action against trading vessels than it does in asteroids, though the ease of modification means the Raiders usually up-gun their ships.

How reasonable would it be to backport SF Classes to PF, and allow players to be able to take them? Any classes in specific that would cause a problem?

The party is in a dungeon and I'm going to have them run into another adventuring party. They'll be friendly and it will show them it isn't all about monsters and traps.

Operative would be a better rogue for a while, though iteratives would BTFO trick attack eventually. Flatfooted is a bit of a bigger deal in PF though, so they'd make good debuff. Envoy a shit, plain and simple. A lot of their damage is weapon-based, so it may be weird. The features that give them extra attacks would be replaced by iteratives, so I'm not sure if you'd want to give them replacement abilities.

So, I'm trying to piece together a character and would appreciate some advice and input. I'm making a paladin, 20pt, human, no 3pp. My gimmick is to take diehard and lay on hands myself when I am at like -14 hp and still swinging. I'm not looking for optimized, I am looking for fun.

I've also wanted to be bit reckless in combat and do non-optimized shit like head butting people, breaking their shit, grappling them and just punching them over and over until my first starts striking the earth, etc.. I think that a rage would be well-suited to the mood for this.

By 7th it's pretty guaranteed a take 10 auto-success. You're even getting the skill investment for free, so you don't have to worry about it.

Nah, that was because they aren't dex skills. It was supposed to make up for trick attack's skill not using your key ability modifier. That's why Daredevil and Thief don't get +4, since they use dex skills for it. The devs have spoken a bit about it, but it's going to be that way until they change it, so whatever. Looking at the timeline the war between the Vesk and the Pact worlds would be an ideal moment for various sorts of undead/cyberskellies to be made and still exist to the setting's present.

They're not true fiends, so it really depends on what type of person they are. Tieflings can find love and happiness too! They can even be valued community members!

It's kind of like asking what a Dhampir would be like as a parent, they might have some of their natural inklings and be a bit distant, but they can still love and protect you in their own way.

I think I'm seeing a pattern here: The GM gets desperate for attention, makes a game, tries to drum up hype, and advertises like mad because they're thirsty. They get some apps, get people talking, and actually have all they want. But then they chicken out, because holy shit, running a campaign actually takes effort and they've got to reject a lot of people. They might actually need to make some tough decisions.

Frankly there isn't. Atleast not that I know of. There might be some weird 3rd party of eldritch combination of things from 6 different splat books that could help but SR is just one of those things that tend to be a bitch. Only other real option besides CL boosting item and those feats would be you keeping in mind that you should avoid monsters with particularly high SR, maybe subbing in a handful of lower CR monsters which would have lower SR instead of one big one.

I'm not the GM of the game, I'm piloting an Artificier, so magic items are pretty much a given if I can find it in my mountain of splats or pitch a reasonable price to the GM.

The player is something of a novice, has to constantly check their sheet for every roll, and didn't know about those feats until I pointed them out... as we hit level 12.

I'm in a better position, because I can use a bow, and the GM let me import the Gravity Bow spell and put it on my Greater Archery Bracers. Though, even with Divine Might & Haste spooled up, I have some low chances of connecting with the bosses. Though, when I or my Iron Defender Doggo connect, we do respectable damage.

But you should. Because it gets worse. Remember way back in 3e how one of the major design retardations everyone got pissed at early on was multiplicative DC growth?

Most skills are against a DC of the HIGHER of either 15+1.5*CR or 10+Skillbonus (like diplomacy vs diplomacy, bluff vs sense motive, etc). And yes, the CR is based on total encounter CR in case what you're trying to sneak by is a squad of mookish stormtroopers.

So there's no playing dilettante or ever thinking that a character can be "sorta okay" at, say, stealth. You can't just assume some things will have low perception; even if they didn't (and from the looks of it everything has it 'mastered') specialize in it just being higher encounter CR makes the check automatically harder. A level 20 character is either fully specialized in stealth, or completely incapable of ever getting through a minimum of DC 45 (15+ CR20*1.5). It gets worse for hacking (base 13 + 4x tier though comp-tiers are 1-10 instead of 1-20, + 20 to get something like root access).

Then there's starships: The DCs for many moves like "slide" or "encourage crewman" are based not on your ship's complexity, not on your ship's size, but on your APL. And you have things like "give orders" that not only eat a resolve point and the captain's action but even require a DC 10+3*ShipTier check to even work. Ship tier is automatically your average party level, whether or not you use those build points at all.

In other words, when Kirk and Spock, currently planetside, gain a level from a fight, Scotty instantly becomes 10% less likely of fixing something, and Sulu just became 10% more likely to crash the bloody thing.

Does anyone else have unusual forms for familiars? Special abilities? Powers?

As a Eberron Changeling, I must take a familiar that can shapechange among the Base Forms. With Imp Familiar, I can upgrade the pool and there is a third tier, both woefully underpopulated. The GM is open to other forms within reason, but nothing larger than small/medium/large by tier. BTW, all familiars are recognizable as such, but those of a lower tier can suppress their appearance...for a bit.

So far, I've encountered a 'golden' fox, a Bird of Paradise, an acid slug (nasty), two talking ravens and a 'ghost wolf' (stock wolf with chameleon like powers).
