So I was just noticing that the rules for rapid fire and heavy weapons say you can't charge in the following assault phase. With the new strength from death rules saying a model that performs a soul burst can immediately charge, could a unit of warriors that fire rapid fire weapons and dark Lances and was near a unit that died charge as they aren't not issuing a charge in the following assault phase. Could someone double check to see if I am Right?

Genestealer Cults are VERY good at concealing themselves. Also, Terra is by all accounts a hive world. It's got an enormous population, both of natives and pilgrims arriving to pay homage to the Emperor. There's plenty of nooks and crannies where a Cult might be able to establish itself and hide without being noticed.

I mean, Leviathan is making a beeline for Terra, after all.

I always imagined Terra being secretly a hellhole, with the underhives packed with GSC, Chaos Cults, mutants and xenos. The Inquisition would have a large fighting force stationed, and they would regularly team up with the Arbites and Imperial Fists to root out the heresy in the underhives. A thankless task, and almost a pointless one, as they take out one cult, another one rises to power even faster.
And while there are massive battles down there, they try to maintain a facade of holiness and peace on the upper hive spires.

Suppose a Daemon Prince was 125 points base for Chaos Space Marines base for Chaos Space Marines, and had the same initial wargear/loadout as a Chaos Lord (starts with a Bolt Pistol/CCW and Power Armor stock, can take a Bike/Jump Pack, etc), but Wings cost 75 points base instead. Allow any "Daemon of" to satisfy the equivalent "Mark of" requirement, but make Bikes/Mounts/Jump Packs an extra 10 points over their mortal equivalent too.

Nowadays, Night Lords get the Stormbolt Plate Prince of Tzeentch, which gets 2+ armor, 2+ cover, and re-rolls 1s for saves. How do I put together a 4000 point Tyranid army to use in a 2 VS AI co-op game?

Living Tide with a shitload of small units and maybe a few special rule adjustments like expanding the formation rule's Tyrant clause to both the normal and the flying one.

You can take Black Guardian units, whether they're on foot, bikes, or Vypers/War Walkers, as part of a Ynnari detachment, but they also exist as their own little sub-faction. Useful if you want to retain Battle Focus, so they can deep strike, fire, then spread out to avoid being destroyed by AP5 templates.

Im going to say something unpopular, but I would like people to hear it out.

I am a longtime customer of chinaman, and other alternative markets to forgeworld. Recently I had a tournament coming up, and I decided based off speed only, I would buy one time from forgeworld. I had heard stories how all their stuff is warped, and with generally less quality than the knockoffs in the first place. I got a firehawk gunship. And while it was an absolute bitch to assemble, due to the sheer technical skill it takes to assemble the kit-easily the hardest kit I have had to assemble-the quality I feel was way better than I am used to. There was only one piece where I had to do some minor greenstuff patching, and shockingly little warping, despite the almost footlong side panels.

I can tell the resin is a better quality too. I just wanted to say dont be afraid to try them. Especially if the stuff is cheap to begin with. Just ordered a set of autocannons for my chaos guys, not even one barrel was slightly bent. Feels good.

Yeah. Together they make a nice core of a fast, mechanised Ynnari army, though you'd need the Fracture of Biel-Tan book for those rules. I'd consider getting another box of Windriders and Reavers to bring both units up to 6-strong, then a Venom and a squad of Incubi for the Archon to ride around with.

Eldar army selection is super open ended now. I could recommend the tournament level stuff, but Eldar are strong enough that I'd just pick stuff you think looks cool or has fun rules. You can always tune your army to be stronger later if you particular local meta requires it.
