Optus is my choice.

While Lokt might give me more power, with the disciples of Ur, Amlia, and Ersu running around, I figured it's best to stay out of their way and just pursue money. Of course, there are ways to rule without an empire.

My big plan is to try and ally myself with Ur disciples and do business with Lokt's followers. Both have powers that can create empires and both could probably use funding, which I am more than willing to provide in the form of loans and bonds. In addition, I shall provide this world with various products and luxuries (with the awakening of these disciples, something's gonna go down.)

As for the other disciples, Lux's are the only ones I will interact with on a regular basis. I could use their skills to give me and my companies a technological and even pharmaceutical edge. Quet's will die as soon as I meet them, on account of them wanting to kill me. Everyone else can just go on with their lives.

In the end, I might not have an empire. But I'll have something close to it.

What happens if two potions have opposite effects? Invigoration means you don't need sleep, Enhanced body means you need more sleep.

As for disguises and costumes and such, well, there's tiered rewards (the more you pay, the better/more versatile they are) for clothing and makeup that you might like (highest tiers of them have high-quality custom clothing, including costumes and the like, and the sort of makeup stuff that's used for special effects in films and such, respectively).

I'll look into that, but I didn't notice the drawbacks were that bad until it was pointed out. As a side note, the major potions shall have major drawbacks for major power. Just throwing that out there.

There is a slight cancellation of drawbacks there. In the example you provided, invigoration gets rid of the need for all but 2 to 4 hours of sleep a night.

Basically, you get points for taking on fetish effects. The more present/inconvenient/frequent the effect, the more points you get. Oh, and you also get to redesign your body as per usual, and get points from that, too. Not sure how much in comparison to what you get from the fetish effects.

As for what you'd spend the points on, there's various options that presumably increase your comfort and/or safety, plus ones that reduce inconvenience. Ones that are aimed at specific fetish effects (regardless of whether they'd make said effect less convenient or just potentially more fun/versatile) are of the more expensive variety (to the point where you'd need more points than a single fetish effect can provide to get the best reward for it).

There's currently 19 different fetish effects, some of which could be used to satisfy multiple fetishes. Pretty much all of them are some manner of magical fuckery upon your person. There's also a way to apply the effects on other people (the cost of which depending on various factors, such as how much the effects applies to you in comparison to others - as an example, having a fetish effect only apply to others converts the point gains to point costs for that effect), if that's more your thing.

I like it, but it feels like we could make this better. Something like this, for example:
1. Add in more stats at the beginning. It doesn't really to make sense that Strenght and Dexterity are combined, and that there's no Charisma. And I guess some more expensive options would be good, since right now Mind Upload's free perk isn't really doing anything. The overal pointing is kind of weird, since options that do practically nothing like Exotic Eyes are priced almost same as really good options.
2. Balance the parents. Some of these are really fucking good, like Nobleman, while something like Farmer feels really lacking.
3. Have different houses give bonuses, or have downsides. As it is, there is no reason not to take trailer, other than wanting to have bigger house. Limit the amount of upgrades, and/or make it so that some come with few of them by default or give discounts. Of course this'd mean tweaking the point values.
4. Make some of the options like clothing and extras stuff cheaper. With so many impactful choices, these seem like huge pointsink compared to everything else. Actually, all of the aesthetic/genre switch should be cheaper like the Genderswap one is.
5. Add triggers for different punishments, more easily they happen the more points you'd get. This also mean that you wouldn't be hit by absolutely everything every time.

This is all kinda moot anyways since you could just wish for a lifespan of thousands of years. Or millions. Or something vaguer like "until the last human dies" or "until the heat death of the universe". All of which leaves you very mortal by definition since you have a lifespan and can die from other factors. That'd be mortal in the Dresden sense where people can live a long, long time but are still solidly Mortals because they're capped.

Im thinking of making an ARG CYOA, where your points are based on real life, and outcomes are based on your decisions in life during the given duration.

Lets say BECOME A SISSY SEX SLAVE, your points are based on your fetish, frequency of masturbation and how deviant you are. During the whole chosen duration you have to masturbate only to the plot you have chosen; and the end story is based on how much you enjoyed getting abused or how much you resented it, maybe you didn't masturbate at all.

Example:

You have to masturbate only to the plot during a month, maybe an orgy in his decrepit mansion where you have to satisfy his guests in any way possible.

I thought it was just no immortality. Life-extending and immortality are totally different things--by the rules, you can absolutely do life-extending stuff. You can probably get away with options almost as good as (or even better than) immortality.

I've been gone for a while now and I'm looking for a particular cyoa, It had a bunch of girls like 5+ pages and the design was really well done. I think it was also made by a tripfag and it was fairly popular. It had a smile girl, a bread girl robot girl, a rich girl and like a ghost girl. The ghost girl had an option where she could live inside your body and you also had an option of sharing thoughts or letting her take over. There was also an option of lucid dreaming with her i think.

Sorry if my description sounds so generic and i know its probably a long shot that someone will remember it based on what i've typed out. I was in a pretty bad place when the cyoa was being made but it was one of the things that made life kinda bearable at the time (well this entire general really helped) and would like to find it again.
