I generally assume no, unless it says otherwise. You're still aging at the same rate, you're just shifting your aging body into a new form. You might be able to fix individual injuries (although some forms of shapeshifting don't let you do this), but eventually you're going to fall apart if you're not constantly working to prevent it.

Not to mention that there's no logical way shapeshifting can cure disease; bacteria and viruses aren't you, they're parasites in your body. Same with cancer cells - by definition they're cells that no longer obey your body's instructions, instead going out of control.

Well, this is a bit of a crap-shoot, but I think I can make it work. A nice rustic-built hardwood cabin deep in the said-to-be-haunted woods. A lovable fluff-mountain to play and hunt with that can warn me of intruders. The strength, power, knowledge, and toughness to survive on my own for quite a while. The princess and the succubuss will do the work of publicizing me as their minions fight each other to try to get to me. As the rumors of the 'crazy hermit' in the woods, grows, I'll have to deal with the odd adventurer and bounty hunter. Not that big a deal. Rumors of the hulking monster in the woods will keep the weak and cowardly away. Rumors of the mysterious 'crazy' hermit in the woods will pique the interest of rebelious teens. My occasionaly forays into town to sell off animal pelts and rare herbs and poultices (hopefully I'll find a willow grove) will help assuage local fears (Thank you Sociable and Charming), though my habit of being a clit-tease (thank you Sex Appeal) might cause some tension. Whatver happens, happens.

I assume that elementals have no normal dietry needs and contraptors are repaired or fueled. I also assume that the elemental's option includes all four varieties, if not I sacrifice the bazaar and banking to get both fire and water elementals.

I'm probably fucked but my strategy for dealing with all three threats consists of resisting the Mask's dreams with my Old One secrets while finding a way to upload my mind into a Contraptor. Once that's done the Queen is welcome to my body and the madness upon it. Dragon is a bit impotent considering I have no crops to burn and most of my cities/mines/forges are in twisty-tiny passages but I'm sure what damage is done can be repaired and the draconic menace will be felled by contraptions of fire, chemicals and arcanite.

It's a hard choice between the two. If Siphon doesn't give mental boosts (not likely, but the description focuses on physical attributes), I'd definitely choose Magic. Besides that, it depends on a bunch of other factors - what exactly Siphon is and whether it's possible to get somewhere else, how easy it is for a wizard to get more magic afterwards, and the power of permanent magical enhancements.

If I get Magic, I'd build a mostly neutral pack and be a freelance magician for whoever needs it (and can help me in return), especially the Custodians and Symbiants.

Siphon would let me be a lot more ambitious; ubermensch-tier stats would help me rise to power really quickly, possibly even leading the entire faction. From there, I could strike further bargains for magical power (which Siphon seems like it'd work on), mundane wealth (easy peasy), and extra lifespan.

Regardless of the boon, I'd work towards figuring out exactly what's causing the magical/mundane breakdown and try to prevent things from going to shit when it happens for real.

I know energetic and peppy people who can finish projects, papers, exams and labs back to back and I know absolute sluts that attempted the latter.

Alchemist looks very nice but seems kind of vulnerable.

Slayer looks more tempting to me. With the short-range teleportation you shouldn't have a hard time escaping if you ever get into a sticky situation and you could potentially gain most of the other abilities in time.
