As for the cyoa, maybe try going a bit less sadistic than you did with the Fleshweaver thing. A bit of further clarification as to what the insanity meter means in practical terms would be good as well.

So I know I posted this before, but I really wanted some ideas from /tg/.

Each origin will have 20 powers, (10 general, 5 for melee and 5 for ranged), likely about 10-15 weapons and 2 mods for each weapon, probably around 8-12 origin specific armour mods and 8-12 general armour mods.

So far for powers I want to differentiate them from Hell Invasion and make the weapons more unique as well. I intend to add stuff like plasma weapons (demons will have lost their heat immunity for X reason) but I'm kind of stuck for powers. For the general "theme" of each in terms of weapons and powers I was thinking of:

>God-Touched
Paladin stuff, but also stuff considered by many to be sorcery or magic.
>Nanomachines
Quick, agile, precision based. Capable of brute force but cannot withstand much without dodging or using tricks to avoid harm.
>Biomorpher
Able to consume, stretch, deform under stress (kind of like Luffy), Prototype+Zerg based powers.
>Pure Rage
Stuff based off anger, such as growing hotter, making thunderclaps, charging up your weapons, all based off how angry you get.
>Gene-Warrior
Unique organs that can do stuff. One idea I had is a "Plasma Gland" that lets you breathe plasma streams like a flamethrower.
>Inquisitor
Edgy, dark shit like Reaper from Overwatch, or Dark Templars from Starcraft.

Kind of like a drill sergeant, basically saying, "Fuck reality I'm too manly for this shit". Some ideas I had were you just flat out can ignore harm from someone who is too afraid of you, or you can force enemies to stand still for your guns by ordering them to.

I'll also probably use specific psychic powers for each specific Origin.

My only issue, beyond the contrast problem already pointed out, is the labelling on the "Mental State-O-Meter" The curve of the L makes the first word look like "Mentac", and it's barely legible overall.

Maybe for that one use a text box but photoshop in a blurring affect of some kind to keep the spraypaint look?

Thinking of making a CYOA based around a thread I saw a few months back. The basic concept is that you can devote yourself to a god and gain power, but every god demands a sacrifice. The sacrifice can be tangible, an abstract concept like "identity" or "rest", or a drawback in the power itself. At present I'm only doing Greek mythology, but I'm considering adding more gods.

Nano machines and biosynthesntic could really be the same thing, so maybe thats why you are having trouble coming up with ideas for a the later.

For example, nanites could be a power under biosynthesis category and it fit in perfectly. Their isn't enough to differentiate the two.

Maybe cut nanomachines (simply because bio has the superior name and fluff paragraph) and make psychic class Ala ghosts from starcraft?

For Biomorpher, instead of just having static equipment what if the equipment were more like gene mods or extra powers, so that you can into grate it into your body and actually morph into it, so you don't have lug a bunch of gear around

Or at least include that option as a power you can take.

This one gave a lot more room and versatility than I really needed; maybe it was a mistake to choose Master rather than Expert, but oh well. Might benefit from a 4th tier or additional manifestations on the element-specific specializations (Blood, Flight, Combustion and Lava) or other hybrid manifestations (air/earth sand, Water/Fire Steam, Air/water weather, etc., though I think I saw some of that in the other sections already.)

Still sticking to the plan as before, keep actual bending powers quiet as much as possible. I figure the annoying nakama cast that I get to deal with will hopefully learn something useful and Not go on to be a traitorous piece of shit that needs to get bled out by the eyes, but we'll see. Hopefully they're there to learn healing or are willing to learn bloodbending as a non-lethal take-down compared to drowning or ice-stabbings. Heck, could even get a non-bender and teach them martial arts to be able to deal with a reckless, element-dependent enemy who can't imagine someone getting the better of them with a slap on the face.

At the end of the day, I'll probably be putting tools in hands to accomplish their goals. I'll just have to hope they use them wisely and stay just close enough to see & be sure.

So, I'd like to basically abandon civilsation and become a hermit or something, just go full ascetic in a mountain shelter somewhere. To what extent are they able to live among normal humans, and what other powers do they possess? Is naming a god literally a matter of going "Hey, you're Steve" and dying?

Finally, exactly what does "becoming part of the Fleshweaver" entail? Is he a god or not-or MADE of gods? If you had taken Divine the Secrets without Delve Too Deep, what would have been the best way to progress in understanding? I assumed sources of lore on godhood would be scarce without the piece of dead deity.
