I have a Blightsteel Colossus and Scion of Ur Dragon I want to alter.

My first theme is to have Scion be the Dragonzord, and Blightsteel be either the megazord or that sweet ass pirate one from Gokaiger.

The expensive legendaries are the Ionas, the linvalas, the elesh Norns. Also a good Sisay deck really needs Gaea's Cradle. All green decks do but it has extra synergy in Sisay that makes it hard to play without it

I don't think you understand what Sisay does. Sisay doesn't care about legendaries as a theme. You don't just play all legendaries in Sisay. You play a few powerful legendaries that you tutor up.

One thing I found that makes Reki more fun is that he is low key. Sisay paints a target and is rightfully met with removal at every turn. And if she isn't dealt with, she ends up tutoring up something crazy powerful and just stomping.

Reki on the other hand just gives you a few cards every turn. He's likely to make it back around. And since he fills your hand up, when your boardstate of dudes gets wiped, you're fine.

Reki and Sisay build into totally different decks anyway. Sisay plays a toolbox. That just means you play the choicest legendaries and pull them out as needed. That's what makes her on the expensive side.

Reki is a different deck that's more like, say, Legendary tribal. You play all the legends because they all draw you cards. He doesn't necessarily care about the quality of the legend like Sisay does.

But even that is a stretch.

Anyone got suggestions for U/R GY hate? Currently using Burn Away, which I've so far played as a burn spell usually with a powerful upside, rather than hold it until I need to respond to a reanimation spell. I usually cast it to burn out a creature under the control of a guy with a fat GY or just as removal in a pinch. Also using Stream of Consciousness, which has also won me games by Streaming away a combo piece in my GY and Mystical Tutoring for it EOT.

I played Selenia and I had zero reason to use any other personal drain because of how impossible it is to stop yourself from draining your life by holding priority.

If you must, you can use stuff like Phyrexian Processor, Plunge into Darkness, Wall of Blood, Mischievous Poltergeist, Unspeakable Symbol, Martyrs Tomb, Kuro Pitlord, ect. There are tons of options.

So I finally got the rest of my cards in for him today, and my first game was hilarious.

I pretty much locked people out of the game with Reassembling Skeleton, Grave Pact, and Sadistic Hypnotist. Had both Crypt Ghost and Jet Medallion out to.

Was playing against Trostani and Zada. Neither could keep creatures on the board to do anything lol.

Life gain is bad. No one gives a fuck if you gain a bajillian life. My combo will still kill you regardless of how much life you get, my commander will cock punch you to death, infect will poison you to death, mill works just fine too, ect.

Life lose is also bad. The only life point that matters is your last one. I will gladly pay all my life if it means I get to kill the player making me waste my resource of life.

As part of a better commander (like karlov for example) he is fine, but he will never be better as his own deck. In Eternal formats I do see him getting played.

I want to build a 75% deck, something fun and sorta casual. I already have a Talrand spellslinger and Rakdos Eldrazi decks that are fun, but are super tuned and brutal. I'm looking for a more variety style of commander, with more interesting ways to play out side of a single gimmick. Something I can work on over a year or two, collecting cards here and there.

My criteria would be
>75% style deck, so I can have fun refining it over a year or two and really put my all into it without it becoming degenerate.
>Relatively budget to get started, no insanely pricey cards that are NEEDED to make the deck work
> Think $100 start up for the basic core of the deck, ignoring commander. I'm fine paying for a unique one if its good enough. I can buy the fancy lands and the expensive finishers/optimized versions later down the road.

As mana was hardly a problem for the deck as when you are mono colored you can run all of the doublers and Koth.

Go Thromak devourer, its a fun token based deck that can easily be built into with multiple fun ways to win the game.

Either go big with Thromok and fling him, haste him into commander damage, play another huge devourerer, play Purphoros and token the shit out of people, aggro them, Insurrection all creatures, attack, and then feed them to a devourerer. It has alot of cool sneaky plays, but also has a number of clear drawbacks that keep it from becoming insanity tier.

Bolas is likely using him to search for Planar portal tech for his empire, which actually might have been his whole reason for being on New Phyrexia now that I think about it. The Phyrexians were the ones who had the tech in the first place, so send a minion there check up on it. Once he realizes they're a bunch of Neo Phyrexians, he sends Tezz to his next prospect, aka Kaladesh.

Recently made a Emrakul the promised end commander deck, feels bad not being able to use devoid cards and having no enchantments but It somehow still works, have basicly every non legendary colorless eldrazi from oath of gatewatch and battle for zendikar with a ton of crap tier artifacts to fill out the deck.

sliver hivelord's indestructible seems better to me as a target for auras than cromat's regenerate or bounce to library effect, since regenerate taps the creature and the bounce to library kills the auras

plus cromat is mana intensive when you want to be piling on auras
