Looking at all these Texan players on all these CFB rosters across the country lead me to believe so
Also the Spurs are the GOAT NBA franchise, Mavs won a championship this decade and Rockets are a championship favorite this year (most 2k sims have them winning it all for what it's worth)

Serious talk /sp, personally i am pro steroids and i enjoy watching athletes using them to be better, stronger, increased stamina, recovery etc... why is it considered cheating and immoral. Tbh i don't get it... do people forget that you still need to train and eat, sleep etc when using steroids ?

Gives too much of an advantage. There's the argument of allowing all athletes the choice to use but by doing so you'd create 2 leagues for everything, the natty version and the gear version. The difference in performance is so pronounced that anyone not on gear would have to use to be competitive. You either have everyone on it or strictly prohibit it, in the name of fair competition.
