i think its might be easyer one

maybe it's very simple, you could build a statistic of how often each letter occurs in this text and then you tak another random text and build another statistic of the occurence of each letter in this text. then you compare both of them. for example the letter "e" occurs as far as i know most often in most texts , so the letter occuring most often in your given text could be an 'e'. i dont think the 'encryption' is hat complicated in this text
