It's more disjointed and chaotic, I think. Like each one has original content that gets reposted to the others. So a more accurate depiction would have epic memes dangling above and the personifications are eating each other's excretion from the ground while begging for OC. Just my opinion.

Rather than the distribution of epic content going down in a pyramid/centipede fashion like you claim it's more like an interconnected network where there is no hierarchy. Memes start on one and spread to the others at an unknown speed
