Find exercises that are easy enough that you would be willing to day them every day, no matter your mood.
Problem is getting /fit/ is that gain are slow to start, and fast to lose. Better do 5 Push-up per day and keep doing them the entire year than trying to follow some "super muscle XXL program" that a normal person will follow for 1 or 2 week before giving up.
If you aren't already /fit/, then you don't "like" exercises. So start small, small enough that it's not a bother or too much of a chore to do every day. Sooner or later it will feel too easy, then you can increase the difficulty a bit.

Actually I don't. It's just about the androgens. But I think taking compounds like anadrol when you don't even know how to lift or eat right is a dumb idea, so I recommended lifting as a prerequisite.

This is disregarding epigenetics and exogenous hormone use. You could make an argument about how bone structure won't change after growth plates have fused, but taking androgens will still provide desirable secondary sex characteristics. That's undeniable.
