Bariloche, Argentina records lowest temperature in its entire history: -25.3° C (-13.54° F)

At first it was thought that the worst snowfall in the last 20 years would be enough for Bariloche. But then came the record cold: -25.4°C and new historical lowest temperature for the city.

The new mark was set at 4:22 am on Sunday, July 16, 2017, breaking the 54-year record registered on June 30, 1963.

Before the cold, San Carlos de Bariloche was also heavily hit by a strong snowstorm that cut power for more than 16,000 users and close Route 237 and Route 40 for much of the day.

According to officials, this snowstorm was exceptional, similar to that of 1995. There are a lot of fallen trees, which destroyed the slopes causing the entire poles to fall.

During Saturday, 20 flights were canceled from Buenos Aires to Bariloche and three others to Chapelco, in San Martin de Los Andes.

There were practically 36 hours without flights and it made a lot of tourists nervous, especially those who want to return. In turn, more than 2,500 passengers were stranded in Bariloche and could not return to their homes.

our current policy isn't working.

the way to fix this is

where anyone arrested for drug related crimes are sent to rehab to get help and reintegrate into society instead of thrown in a cage to fuck tyrone and bubba for their fix for the next several years. it will be far more cost effective and could even lead to lower taxes and job growth
>decriminalize and reclassify drugs.
people should not be punished for smoking pot or even taking a tab of acid, people are going to do this whether its illegal or not and its as harmless as smoking cigarettes or drinking alcohol. as far as diving on theses substances or doing it in public, we already have laws against this for drunk driving or drinking in public we can simply expand on this.
as far as hard drugs like heroin , see the above. this will also lower the bar for voluntary

our porous border combined with our "catch and release" approach to drugs aren't stopping drugs from coming into the country.
we should tighten security and punish drug dealers to the fullest extent of the law. this will stop money from flowing out of the country and funding terrorism and crime.

yes, killing all drug users and dealers will lower the crime rate, but this will also end thousands of lives and make the government seem even more butcherous. you may even see more riots and anti government sentiments that go deeper than just antifa.
