>Steele begins investigating by paying off Russian officials and sources using Fusion GPS' money, which means the Democrats were indirectly playing Russians for dirt on Trump
>Problem is Putin knew this beforehand and feeds Steele false intelligence through these paid off Russian officials
>Fusion GPS begins sending the Steele dossier to anyone and everyone, including the media, as well as foreign and US politicians
>McCain finds out about Steele dossier from some British politicians, sends one of his aids to go get it, then hands it over to Comey

Then after he got the nom the republicans stopped paying them so democrats started paying them to continue.
Then after the election the democrats stopped paying them so the russians started paying them for pressure points to push foreign policy like the magnitsky act.

The democrats did not pay them to compile the dossier, the republicans did.
The democrats did not pay them for anything related to russia.
