Evaluate my reflections on something.

Evolution has two important dimensions: veriability (diversity) and natural selection.

Autoriarian states have tried, since darwinism came to light, to implement some kind of human-planned evolution.

When the fascist right tried to do that, they were biased towards selection, but very little towards variability. Selection was enforced, but variability was avoided as much as possible.

Today, the socialist left is also trying to implement their own form planned evolution. Unlike the fascists, however, they are biased towards variability and care very little about selection. Diversity is enforced, but the success of the fittest is hindered as much as possible.

Looking at the big picture, beyond the minor mistake fascists and socialists makes, there is the major mistake both parties are doing: trying to implement a human-planned evolution by the means of an autoritarian state in the first place.

Evolution, both variability and natural selection are natural processes. Can't be avoided, can't be improved.

Nature is cold. and this have some serious implications.

Fascists can't see nature does not make judgement of value. Theres no superior or inferior characteristics. Being smart or taller are not necessary superior characteristics. If your ambient dictates it's better to be short and dumb, that'll be the predominant fenotype.

What socialist can't see, is that nature and evolution wasn't made to nurture everyone. The point of diversity is not to have multi-colored cretures of the forests singing and dancing happy songs hand in hand with everyone else. The point of diversity is to have a better chance of finding the fittest and make him win.
