Nice I jealous
Got merino boxers and t-shirt, Daiwa Ninja spinning reel, #4 fishing line and Lowa hudson shoes.

>>918612
Merry Christmas /out/doorsmen!
Got pic related, a bluetooth speaker and a Black Diamond Storm headlamp.
I got handed a couple 20 bills, a bottle of licor and some chocolates. Nothing /out/ but I will probably spend the money in a nalgene bottle and a stanley cook set.
Got a pair of Irish Setter boots, a ton of wool socks, and a two layer cotton union suit. Pic related is the bestest present I got.
>>918704

>>918756
Good. I have an arm full of black ink drunken tattoos. Pale arm master race
>>918759
Good goyim, your body is a temple goyim, do not graffiti the temple. Oy vey
>>918735

I don't have a picture of it cause I'm using it, but my parents sent me this.
>>918732
>What is the round cavity in the axe head good for?
I was hoping somebody here could tell me
>>918612
>sorels
those things are garbage ever since they set up shop in china and out of quebec also the black rubber is meant to be leather and the liners are not even made of wool
you fell for a meme senpai
>>918852
My dad had them for decades so he bought them for me. Box says made in Canada
A Columbia jacket, a flannel, a Carhartt vest, some nice gloves, a toboggan, a carrying bag for my shotgun, an ammo box, and some .22 ammo. That's the only /out/ related stuff.
>>918858
oh, and shotgun shells.
No complaints here. The hat was from an anon in the Wishlist thread.
>>918677
You into coins Madmartigan? You must have quite a plunder of bullion at this point. Pretty cool if you're into that sorta thing.

>>918877
thanks man

hope you had a good christmas!
>>918878
yeah not bad at all, you too!
>>918612
Is that a garant axe? They're made in Canada, which is good.... but they're all fiber glass and pot metal... which is bad. You should see if you can return it for an eastwing, or if you can source the axe from somewhere else, a GB or velvicut.
>>918868
Not him but I'm into coins too. Mostly Canadian stuff and mostly sterling. Not much Gold here
>>918893
Not sure what kind of axe it is. We're from Canada but I'll have to ask my dad what he bought
andone bullet,,, one.
>>918819
That is so nice
Carhartt duck jacket and electric shaver, and candy
I got way more than I'm typically comfortable taking, but I'm pretty happy
>>918959
Not pictured are my first pairs of wool socks (currently on feet, very comfy) and a tacforce folder (present from platoon sergeant, tradition demands tacticool)
I had a pretty good xmas, I hope everyone did, even if it's just a few days of fun
>>918732
If you're doing any carving, get Flexcut over the Moras.
Flexcut are thin, amazing metal, and comfy. Lots of shapes and tools too
>>918959
>Battlefield earth
...
>>918969
I got that same reaction when I opened it but to be honest Hubbard is actually a good scifi writer, I dunno if this is the holy book but it was interesting sounding
>>918868
> into coins

Very pleased, already went for a walk in the woods in this.
Pinewood Oryx jacket & Hastings cap, GSI infinity dukjug 1l, Primus large firesteel and a 200ml spray of Ballistol.
I got some climbing gear, a Woolrich Gettysburg blanket, and some leather blanket straps, and a Columbia rain shell.
I got a Mammut Lithium 8L bag, but I'm going to return it for something 20-30L. What technical day bag bag should I get? Osprey? Dead bird? Black Diamond? Mammut?
Did anyone get a MGTOW carepackage yet?
>>919037
That looks comfy. What is it? All of it
>>919127
Jacket, hat, goloves socks and a pee/water bottle
I got a go pro and accessory kit. I already had all normal outdoor gear (hiking/camping/fishing).
I'm pretty stoked to get out there and start making vids.
And I think the wife and I will start making a lot more diy porn. Maybe we'll start uploading it too?
>>919227
Swet man! I've got that suction cup mount dealie and it's the bees tits! Pic related actually.
I'm a poorfag and have an SJCAM though...
>>918978
Carbon
Any high quality steel will be high carbon. It's only stainless because it has less carbon. More carbon produces a better edge and hardness (depending on steel, and to a point).
Look them up and you'll be able to see that they're truly superior
>>918855
Dont listen to anon, these are nice boots
>>919127
Clothes are a hunting suit, Härkila Vector GTX
The beanie is a fleece beanie from Norheim.
Wool gloves made by Ulvang.
Some wool socks, and a Nalgene drinking bottle
>>919140

>>919140
Québec?
>>918852
>the black rubber is meant to be leather
No, the black rubber is meant to keep snow and slush out. And it does.
Too lazy for pic but I got some archery tackle, a nice Aran sweater, some gouache and paintbrushes so I can (attempt) to paint some of the beautiful nature I come across, and a straight razor, for that old times camping smoking a pipe and percolating coffee while shaving by the fire near a canvas tent with a canoe in the background haha.
>>919082
What is in there? Personal Lube and a body pillow that is not printed with any picture and set with a non-gendered "pleasure hole".
>>919618
Mild Kek.
>>918855
Canada makes some fine boxes. You should be proud.
Brother is getting me a gb wildlife hatchet to replace my bulky felling axe I got from grandpa when he passed. Going to retire the axe for the comfier trips with the hatchet being more practical
Thanks mom.
Some faggot in this thread posted a coffee mug with a video game map printed on it, and the gayest thing itt is still the coin collection.
I'm legitimate embarrassed by this board for the first time.
>>920015
Really nice wool blankets, yea. Tired of fucking around with surplus garbage in my rv.
>>920018
how do you like yours?
do you use it for like tarp cover camping? or do you use it inside of a tent?
>>920019
I use it in my rv like I just said above bro. I live in my class A so it gets chilly willy.
>>919996
a coin collection is a perfectly normal and acceptable thing to have even by normie standards
I can't fathom why you have a problem with a coin collection, they are worth quite a lot of money as well the older they get.
>>918612
Sorel boots are for idiots.
Send them to me at once and I'll properly dispose of them prompty.
>>919994
I have same one. It's nice. Enjoy
>>919996
Sure thing Mr. Shekelberg
>>918612
>tfw jewish so didn't get anything
>>920177
ayyyyy shalom! i was the only jewish kid in my school so when i was younger it was like that. but now that i work in a company i get/give gifts. nothing /out/ tho. for that i did the the secret santa.
>>920180
Yeah most jews aren't into outdoor stuff so even if I did get something it wouldn't be /out/ related. That being said before I went off to serve in Americorps, my folks did get me an MSR whisperlite, so that was pretty sweet. I'm a rare hikin' kike.
>>920272
>rare hikin' kike.
NICE!! I'm (was) the elusive jewish scout. I was the only jew in my scout troupe i don;t really know how it was decided but the dads made me chaplain. it was a nice gesture so i graciously accepted but man was it an awkward moment when they pulled me aside to explain their reasoning. they went out of their way to say how much they appreciated my culture and what it brings to the troupe-- i literally lived (and was born and raised) on the same street as two of them.
>>920286
tbqh jews fucking suck and I hate being one, refuse to practice it and wish I was a goy
blow me
>>920587
seems legit
>>920589
for real though, grow up inside the religion like I have and you would agree
Since joos detailed the thread as usual, let me ask, do filthy kebab have any celebration that they exchange gifts?

>>920657
And got a TOPS BOB knife. Needed a new one. What do you think of my gifts /out/?
>>920672
Thanks anon, what did santa bring you?
>>920676
Sadness.
>>920678
O-oh, how come?
>>918893
Not pot metal, feel free to email them.
>>918612

>>920790
>donate remainder to local reserve in /out/'s name!
The fuck are you on about? I could always spend that on a satchel filled with bic lighters.
I'm also a /diy/ guy so I could use it for imitation crab meat as well.
>>920627
Maybe some cultures just give gifts to each other when they want to, and you can just fuck yourself in the ass with pliers, maga anon! :^)
>>918671
Actually fantastic boots. I have never heard a complaint besides fit which is subjective anyway
>>919003
>collects coins with grandpa

>>918978
Why would you carry a carving knife as emergency option?
>>923837
There is a message in there, somewhere.
Probably that you're half skinwalker.
>>918865
>signed up
>sent shit
>didn't get shit
fuck.jpg
Didn't get a lot, just some wind proof matches that came in a waterproof case with a striker strip on the side and a wire saw
>>918735
Actually well done
>>924173
I think that's the it werx. It's the internet afterall. I sent 3 things and got one thing. Coulda been more fair but certainly can't complain. Better luck next year friend!
>>918900
>>919315
Coinguy here too. Lotta pre-1964 stuff, bullion bars and bullion rounds, couple of red-seal bills and silver certificates, and 2 silver eagles. Only gold I have is a 14k pendant, 14k ring, and 10k bracelet.
I also gave out silver rounds and ornament capsules for Christmas. People can't complain when they get silver or gold for Christmas.
>>924272
>People can't complain when they get silver or gold for Christmas.
A truer statement never has there been

This was my haul from the F&TT Secret Santa
>>924290
That's some nice stuff Peps but even as a fishing thread it doesn't really feel right without at least a small Coghlans item
>>924295
I guess.
I was gonna join in on that Secret Santa but was content after doing this one. We had 7 people in it which was actually nice because it was small and manageable and we even had Yuroanon in there.
>>924295
>>924290
I also got pic related and a $40 Bass Pro gift card but haven't even had a chance to spend the gift card because I have been so goddamn busy with work since the holiday.
>>924300
Well that's pretty neat. Still...
Got a Nest thermometer from a family friend, returned it to Amazon, got pic related instead. Nice insurance considering how far from civilization I take my wife and pupper.
Got my first real pack, boots, and a Yeti bottle. Grateful as fuck to finally be able to go weekend hammock camping without soaked gear or destroying my feet
>>919003
Enjoy when when the the thief comes :-)
>>924436
I work for Nest, fuck you.
Lol jk do what you want
>>920587
>>920286
I'm half but my dad (the Jewish one) isn't observant, so really I'm just a guy with Jewish cousins and who says "oy vey" sometimes.
I was a scout too but it was LA so I don't think Jews were rare. I quit scouting at the end of middle school because our troop was fucking worthless though. (We only went /out/ like once a year and the rest was just boring-ass waste of time meetings.)
>>924436
>>924568
I actually want a Nest really fucking bad. I live in a separate apartment thing behind a house and don't have my own HVAC controls, so my room turns into a furnace in winter and a fridge in summer when it gets left on, and I have to get dressed and go outside and then back in if I want to turn it on or off. (And I'm fucked if the main house is locked.)
A Nest would let me control that shit from my room.
>>924574
I live 5 mins from the ocean in SoCal. I turn on our heater for 3mos out of the year to keep a minimum 62 degrees. During the summer it doesn't get over 85 and we don't have an AC unit. So a Nest was a waste for us. Fyi I'm sitting outside in shorts and a t shirt... in January. Only good thing about this state is the physical land/weather.
I got a bedsheet and pillowcase. And a cool towel. It's nice.
>>925402
What's the thread count?
>>925407
About three fiddy.
>>925407
Cheap per square inch.
But still, I needed new sheets and a towel.
