In all honesty, it's hella expensive to cut your own vinyl since you're consuming materials and spending time weeding everything by hand. I'm super ambitious when I design my stuff, so the weeding process for some of my heavily detailed decals may take upwards of 15-30 minutes to weed successfully.

I didn't want to make any cheap, pick-a-font and type something clever decals, but if that's what you guys what, it's what I gotta make.

tl;dr if you appreciate the designs, please support the creators :)

That happens pretty often with cut stuff. The thinner the lines, the more it happens.

Put the transfer tape back down and apply pressure and heat. I usually use my nail. Usually works. And when it doesn't, I just figure it out. Pull up on edges of the stickies as you you pull the tape up so you can start the peeling process. There's nothing complex about it. It can just be a PITA. Be patient and figure it out.

I'm sure most guys outsource most of their production to 3rd party vinyl cutters and have them cut by the sheet,

I design, cut, weed and ship all within my studio, and all of my designs are made-to-order. My turnaround time between orders and shipment is whenever I get home from work to whenever the mailman picks up next morning.

I know the style and pricing isn't for everyone, but no one else is pushing banners longer than 12" and I wanted to fill that niche.

There are also some cars where slap stickers just wouldn't look right, or would look tacky, so catering towards the high-end or "artisan" market is my current focus.

Anyone sell any persona 5 shit?

One of my stickers came in the mail today, and unfortunately the stupid fucks at USPS bent it. The envelope wasn't bent TOO bad, so I thought maybe the sticker wouldn't be too bad either, but it has this nice crease down it. The dude who runs the shop was really cool about it and he told me he'd send a replacement when he got more in, but I'd still like to save this one if possible. Is there any way to salvage it?

Ironed it on the Rayon(?) setting which is one setting hotter than the Silk. Put a microfiber towel over it at first, but I ended up flipping the sticker over and doing it straight on the back side with no microfiber towel. It doesn't really seem it in pics, but it does look better. Before it had a slight whitish hue around the wrinkles, but the iron made that go away. The wrinkles are definitely still there, but you'd have to get up really close to the sticker to even tell.
